That is the problem, right or wrong if you attack someones point of view in a casino then you are going to get muted. This isn't a ban by the way, ban is when you are gone, 3 days means you are muted, and that's a warning to you.

Do you have any proof that they banned any account for using a VPN? Yes, they will ban you when having multiple accounts but not for using a VPN. As stated, the livechat has said multiple times, it is allowed to use a VPN and I have been able to withdraw my money also without issues.
