You are absolutely right and I would say that you have given the dude the best response, it's hard to believe that after the customer care told him that a x500 comes up every 50,000 spins, he did 50k, 60k, 70k, 80k, 90k and eventually 100k, and no x500, yet he had the mind and patience to keep spinning  to 200k, 300k and up to 400k spins before he decided to stop and think of complaining, that part of his comment or accusation gave him away to be honest, that is completely unbelievable to me.

I am close to half a million points. Like you, I also don't know what we can expect, but some feeling tells me that even a few million points are not a big deal here. It might disappoint people who participate on their Cryptodrop to wait that long. Since the Cryptodrop event has been running for a few months and the number of monthly active users hasn't been that high there, I think you should expect that exchanging points can earn you rewards of 50-100 dollars or even more.
