Well, I mostly participate in multiplier events, when we need to hit the exact multiplier or the closest one, that is about luck not about the bankroll! It's hard to compete in other events if you are not active and with a nice bankroll!

Yes, you are right, and like what you said you casinos must be active for their customer's services and other related assistance. They must active in terms of assistance cause we can not predict that when the customers ask for help or ask many questions cause not all the time their services are good sometimes are bad.

Considering there are places that do not even offer live chat and you have to mail them and you get a response a few days later etc etc, this is still decent if you ask me. Depends on someone because there are people who do easily get discourage whenever they do experience up some hassle into their gambling activity specially if there are

It is not fair to other casinos to be on chips topic and bash them because they can't come here and start to defend themselves, it would look weird. Thats true because I experience it before. At first, I dont really care about the support and the importance of having a 24/7 availability of them. But when I encountered a problem in the specific casino (I wont mention the name) thats how I realize my mistake. The problem is already resolved but I had to wait for a day before they address my concern, but still it ends well.
