Well, I saw someone woke up this thread and I remembered about Chips! I was logged out and my Chips tokens unstaked... something new for me, but I saw many others complaining about this issue! So nothing new I guess... As I can see new features looks cool, but in the past months, a lot of people complained about Chips and their newest changes!

I am not playing at Chips for some time, I am more active in other casinos! Now I see that I am level 0, and we need $10k wagered for Flipper I...  I can't find anything about that wheel, do we need to be higher ranks or do we get tickets with wagering?!

Wheel only can be opened by a ticket, you can get a ticket by waggering and level up your account. In top right corner, on your name account there has some level number and bar progress.

If you don't have a ticket, you cannot opened the wheel. Rank system just like other casino system, waggering until specific amount then you will rank up and enjoy a few feature. They also have weekly & monthly claim right now.

So, CHIPS have more feature user rather than other casino right now.

It seems that the chips token are unstaked for inactive accounts. Well considering that most people probably wagered tons at the start of site because wagering requirements for each token was still low then most probably stopped afterward hoping to claim all those dividents without playing, it seems they had to unstake all of those.

I mean its quite inconvenient but all we need is to check on our account couple of days to stake them back though if it is unstaked

Because there has been some new change in system security, you need to "Add 2FA" right now. It's moderated for all people, that's the reason why everyone account is getting unstacked for the chips locked.

Chips could do all this in a much better way definitely! Somehow they did everything in the dark, at least I didn't see any announcements anywhere... they could have been more open and announced all the changes, to involve the community! That would be good marketing too, right? You announce that the casino will be better from now on with more features, so they could interest old (maybe inactive) and new players.

I see similar discussions in other places... a lot of people asking a lot of questions, and many theories (both positive and very negative) about the latest Chips changes and actions. There's a lot of guessing and conspiracy theories! But I still don't see is any Chips announcement or representative trying to clear things up...

Its been so long time after my last play (with deposit) in chips, just noticed by now that there is VIP benefits in chips.
Good improvement there but I wonder why they are less active in this forum for a while, even this new feature was not announced officially in this ANN thread.

It means that we do not get the share from the vault since it was unlocked without prior notice.

I think telegram is a place where you could have a "chat" which means that you could literally be working something that is more instant and that way they are getting more users. Here, it is all based on how many times people would post and we have seen that chip has been quite silent for the past few months hence why they do not give the focus they should.

Even if they wrote here, if people are not here then there wouldn't be any interest. I remember there was a place here which was a sportsbook, one of the first ones ever, and they kept on sharing stuff here, but nobody wrote, so they stopped, same logic for them as well if they found customers somewhere else, they will go there.

I will not complain either, my amount of Chips tokens is not big, but maybe they count on it? How many of us got our tokens unstaked and for what period?! The competition is very hard here; I thought they had still an ongoing signature campaign but can't find it back, so that has probably also been stopped quite a while. The benefit is that chips is still working on their site and further improving it; there are other examples of casinos that are not active here and also not actively developing their site further also.

So this was the new update all about. Now I know why many players disliked it. It was like this site got stricter a bit but they need to do this for their own good. Maybe they realized that they are getting bigger and many people take advantage of the feature.

This was still a gambling site anyway and not totally a staking site so people's priority must be to play gambling. They can treat the staking part as a kind of a bonus or incentive for wagering. If someone just wants to stake alone then they better do that on a dedicated staking platform, we have lots of them nowadays compared to the number of gambling site which have a staking support on them.

The provably fair is a requirement for all casinos to be legitimate? No other options? Many Perosonas want to defeat the provably fair system to become millionaires, but is there a way of being able to do it? In casinos that are not online, what is the system used? Correct.

Don't really need to come from "Deposit" we can play small bucks from the reward staking. I do this step once a day every 6 days, suggested for all people just swap all-reward on all-coin to a single coin.

Does this mean that if I have a number of tokens, they no longer do staking? Is there no longer a way to increase profits in the casino? how could they make an update that partially harms players who had their tokens staked, they may be looking to make improvements to their token.
