Did you read the terms and conditions of this site when you created an account?
It looks like your account is not suspended even if you have been inactive for a long time. You will definitely get a notification email if you are inactive for 6 months - it is in the email as explained in the quote from their ToS. They only charge an administration fee of up to 2.5% per month if you have a balance in your account during an inactive period of more than 6 months.

You are right, I never read the ToS because as I said my account is quite old about 2/3 years ago, basically since day one of Chips.gg on the forums. Plus most of the time I can't access my phone and 2fa, I made sure there was no balance on there so didn't worry or make a big deal out of it therefore I assumed the account was suspended like most casinos if inactive for a long time often get suspended.

Chips.gg license had been removed after the downtime, it was heard that Magalon was controlling the license related thing. Since Q4 of 2023, Magalon and his associates have not been affiliated to the operations in anyway.

Chips.gg is not a new brand in bitcoin talk forum and they launched the announcement thread here, years ago, and got good support from forum community, including DarkStar_.
