I don't see it's relevant to mention another casino in Chips.gg's announcement thread. They are competitors and mentioning another brand here is like shilling their brand here, even you didn't intend to do this.

I don't think it's a problem because I am not promoting another platform here with positive comments. All I shared is what their campaign participants doing in their announcement thread which is a negative thing. Mahdirakib has been one of the active forum members in the Gambling section for a long time so I assume he knows what is happening there. The word shilling defines something else.

I don't know if they are happy or sad having members like me. But I know a fact that not all companies appreciate healthy criticism. But in this case, chips reacted very well and they came up with a solution that we all should appreciate.

I don't know if they are happy or sad having members like me. But I know a fact that not all companies appreciate healthy criticism. But in this case, chips reacted very well and they came up with a solution that we all should appreciate.

I have seen a case where they defended the casino but later that guy was paid out a couple of million dollars and he even give away more than 40K to some forum members. Imagine the casino was forced to pay because the player was right, but their signature participants blamed that player. LOL. We are not going to do that.

To avoid confusion or have conflict regarding on what you post much better to use the term other casino. Since I think this is the best thing we could do especially if we visit other thread, For sure Chip.gg don't want to mentioned other casino name since they want their brand to be promoted on their thread and not the other casino.

But there's really no problem with it but not everyone would understand about it, so to avoid having issues with other much better to post safe words to avoid receiving unwanted words from other people.

I don't think it's a big deal to mention other casino on an ANN thread and it they are getting does flags then they need to seriously look it issues like that because I don't see a reason why you will be flag for scam accusations and you as a casino does not give a shit then that's going to be bad on their reputation they seriously needs to work on that and seriously I don't see anything wrong with what you did. The campaign participants might be trying to give the casino a good name but also have advised the casino to at least address proper issues. @chips.gg, is it allowed to create new account if I have an existing account already but dormant for a long like 3 to 4 years ago. I don’t claim bonus that time and just do a normal deposit/play. I am also aware of the case which you mentioned in your post. At that moment, they also closed their signature campaign in this forum. But they have been cooperating with Casino Guru and shared some sensitive information (I assume that because some of their reply from Casino Guru was made private) which they couldn't share in public. That player was found guilty which means chips.gg was right at that time.

They were silent at that time because casinos cannot reveal everything on public due to privacy reasons. But we are glad that they resolved the issues and came back strongly. As their representative said, they have learned from their mistakes which is a great response.

It became a normal thing for shills to destroy a reputation of other casino since somehow this is how business goes with them. As long as we are aware on how those shills do for sure those demolition attempt won't provably bother the casino since people's knowledge here is evolving and usually most of us don't believe on gossip only, proof should be presented in every accusation they made that's why lots of those shill didn't succeed since they don't have anything to show.

Some don't know the value of reputation that is why I think they are into doing shilling things, defending with proof is very much okay but aggressively is not that necessary but you know how people behave and we know that some customers can actually be wrong and that does not mean that you should defend blindingly because both of them can actually be wrong. I don't think a negative comment has anything to do with their business at least you can even use most of those comments to make corrections of any place you are lagging because they might be over looking something, but from those comments they can make corrections too. Taking complains seriously will help the reputation of the casino I love the response of chipps.

I don't see it's relevant to mention another casino in Chips.gg's announcement thread. They are competitors and mentioning another brand here is like shilling their brand here, even you didn't intend to do this.

I don't think it's a problem because I am not promoting another platform here with positive comments. All I shared is what their campaign participants doing in their announcement thread which is a negative thing. Mahdirakib has been one of the active forum members in the Gambling section for a long time so I assume he knows what is happening there. The word shilling defines something else.

On point answer. Additionally, @Mahdirakib is one of the few users that I acknowledged here in gambling board since he is fair and doesn’t have biased opinions.

Besides, He is posting based on experience because he is a legit gambler unlike most of the user here in gambling board that just talking half baked gambling post for the sake of signature post quota which is tiring to have a discussion with.



@chips.gg, is it allowed to create new account if I have an existing account already but dormant for a long like 3 to 4 years ago. I don’t claim bonus that time and just do a normal deposit/play. I don’t remember the username and email that I use that time since I just use random email when just trying new casino back then.

I’m wondering if creating new account will violate the casino ToS especially if I claim the new bonus which I don’t remember if available back then.
