They have not set any requirements for the VIP competition. Anyone can join here, but they will be selected randomly based on the support. Maybe they did this because they don't care about the issues of the new and old players. Although it is their matter, some requirements should have been set for the VIP competition. They said a new account could join the VIP competition, but the selection would be random. There should be some rules and restrictions for new members to participate. If new members are selected like this, old members or those who have played various events with the highest deposit are not credited. Older players are more eligible to participate in VIP competitions than new ones.

There is no requirement at all, duelbits can chose any player as they wish, at least it is what I understand based on the info I get and based on my own observation. Unranked users (brand new or old user that have not playes) can be eligible as well, at least I saw some in the leaderboard of some VIP labelled contest.

This is the first time I feel something strange/unusual we can guess only but we cant prove anything here, lets see the other upcoming contest, if we feel like what we feel in this current round so that will be the time to stop/leave to find other competition. Other alternative for us, still playing but spend less amount for lower reward (not chasing for top 5 position anymore).

I have also seen @roycilik comments here and sometimes I don't understand the guy comments, he has not really come up clear to the public what is the problem he is facing with duelbits. Someone made a complain here and he came and picked up the issue and started to suspect the casino. First of all he has to fine out what was the problem. The choice is always the player's (your's) to continue or leaving but it is not painting the casino otherwise before leaving if there is no serious case.

They are in the competition and watch the leaderboard every day so they understand the situation it's just that they don't explain it fully maybe because it can't be proven just based on a hunch, I personally don't understand what they are saying but I don't think they are joking yeah hopefully they can explain it here at least we have a clue. By the way it's been a long time since I took part in any tournament here the last one is a special tournament for forum users but I am still actively taking the offers on my rewards page (personal offer) I prefer this one because the rewards are fixed.

Be careful with this site lol. They will kyc you and limit your account where all your bonuses and tournament privileges are taken away if you participate in their promotions and manage to win money.

They took away my 1st place in the VIP slot tournament worth $7500 hours before it ended after I lost thousands chasing that tournament. The excuse they gave was really bizarre too was something like I only gambled to win the tournaments lol. Isn't the point of these tournaments to promote competition and activity? They also banned my account completely before by making the excuse that I was multiaccounting, but after I completed KYC level 5 they had no choice but to unlock it. I am sure this time if I hadn't completed KYC level 5 they would have banned my account altogether like before.

They also told me I could participate in normal tournaments but I cannot even access the tournament page right now. I feel like Duelbits is one of the only sites that actively punishes winning players lol. Just really sketchy behavior all around.

Damn bro, don't know him and what he talking about. At least you can try to search or read a few pages.

He a slot hunter, a respected member in here who at least have a good experience result in slot member. You can check him on 101 Slot Thread or contest slot multiplier, he already joined many contest multiplier member not just in duelbits but also other casino.


Recent case, he got blocked from the tournament. I think cause dominated to top position in the tounemnt, btw he spending a lot money as well. I reading his story, during chasing a tournament PT he really spend a lot money + opened 4 slot at the same time.

Damn! This is messed up considering how popular they are in the crypto gambling world. Liked them less after they continued sponsoring scum like McGregor, but I like them a lot less now after all of this.

It takes so much effort to build trust, but takes a single mistake to make it all collapse. Hope Duelbits learns from their mistakes and improve instead of collapsing completely.

The good thing you did is posting it here on the forum. May be someone from duelbits will watch this and try to resolve your case.
roycilik faced a similar situation few months ago and was fortunate to be able to take part in the tournaments again.
Hopefully, you will be able to take part in the tournaments soon.
