Maybe because I wasn't breaking any TOS? It could also possible that I was winning from the leaderboard and they don't want a winning customer. Who knows only DB can answer those questions because when I asked support  they only provided me a generic response that excluding me was from the decision of their marketing dept.

How can it be that you didn't break the casino's tos rules if you yourself know that you have multi-accounts? Therefore, you yourself know that you have violated the casino's policy rules, right? But it's really surprising why your account on duelbits isn't blocked.

Because, right, in all online casinos they are very strict on multi-accounts, especially if you withdraw a large amount of money from the casino, unless you are a rich gambler
who wastes a lot of money on duelbits, so they probably haven't blocked you yet.

I think sooner or later it will happen, because as stated there is a TOS that was violated.

This can also be a lesson for anyone not to violate the TOS of any casino. If you are able to accept the consequences then go ahead, but if not and when something happens to your account and you get upset so you protest, then you shouldn't. Because I feel that there are quite a few people who consciously violate the TOS but when they are identified as having committed a violation that caused their account to be blocked, they become angry.
I am not sure if his account has been closed or not, but he has confirmed that he has contacted support to close his first account since the beginning of his second account creation. If his account is not closed but he is still using it for deposit and betting on both accounts, there might be a mistake in the future. But at least he is not getting any benefits from his first account, which has been restricted from some benefits. So he can focus on one of his accounts.

Duelbits is not that strict on multiple account before unless you are actively using both account to claim bonuses and participate tournaments.

I dunno if they change already their stance about this but I remember having dormant account there that I failed to report while I have active account that I’m actively using during events without encountering any problem.

But yeah, rules is rules. They can use it as way to hold users fund.

Are you sure about this ? How can they allow multiple accounts when they don't even allow the same IP for two different persons in the same house and for that, the gambler needs to inform them prior. These details can be read at terms of Services section (https://duelbits.com/en/tos).

So this clearly means that one person cannot have more than one account at a time and even if one account is inactive, it can cause probelms anytime  Huh

Looks like they don't allow it regardless of whether you created them in order to abuse their promotions/bonuses or not. Way too strict and unnecessary, but what else can you expect from a site that bans consistent winners very quickly.

Also, their grammar in that particular section is totally off and filled with mistakes which is weird considering how reputed they are in the crypto gambling world.

I'm pretty sure, you will facing these kind of situation on other casino too even on landbase casino (real life) they can limited your bet size... if they know you're sharp (advantage player). ✅ Disabled my live chat across browsers and devices 
✅ Ghosted my emails and closed tickets without response 
✅ Blocked me from accessing help even in incognito or on fresh IP 

How exactly do you “contact” support when they vanish like magicians the moment things get serious?

As for sanctions, good luck getting clarity. Their terms are vague, they play both sides when it benefits them, and they ghost users whenever refund or data requests come in. You could literally get flagged for breathing wrong during a promotion.

Before telling others “everything is fine,” maybe ask those of us who’ve been locked out, lied to, or shut down by this shady circus. Duelbits isn’t just strict  they’re silent when it counts, and ruthless when it’s profitable.

I haven't been Duelbits user for very long, and I haven’t had many situations that required contacting support team. However, I did reach out to them with a few questions and received a response fairly quickly. To be honest, it wasn’t really questions but rather a request to forward my inquiry to someone from the operations team. I was told the request would be passed on and that someone would get in touch with me.

It’s been over two weeks now, and unfortunately, no one has followed up yet.

That said, the issue seems to lie more with the team the request was forwarded to, not with customer support itself, since support team responded promptly. If I do get a reply to my inquiry, I’ll have no complaints at all. But for now, I’m still waiting.

Well, business is business and thats how these company do on which they cant just that give out some bonuses that would be that easy to win or easy to be withdrawn and also with those rewards on which they would be normally be putting up some less just to make it look that they are that active on giving out some bonuses and its not that shocking anymore. give out some bonuses that would be that easy to win or easy to be withdrawn and also with those rewards on which they would be normally be putting up some less just to make it look that they are that active on giving out some bonuses and its not that shocking anymore. Their weekly/monthly bonus system is mostly based on the house edge of the game you play. The higher house edge the game you play, the bigger bonus you will get. I am sure you know about it, $25k wager on their original games will give smaller bonus than if you wager $25k on slots.

Anyway, it seems like not a lot of users are posting in this Duelbits thread lately. Last post was May 26.

Maybe ecause most forum members who were actively sharing their experience when playing in duelbits has been banned from their promotions Smiley I have closed my account so I do not visit duelbits anymore, at least since I requested my account closure weeks ago. no, like $15k was from sportsbet they have dogshit rewards.

compared this to gamdom where i only did $500 and lost like $50 they gave me better rewards

Having multiple accounts isn't allowed and even if he had requested support to close his first account, he should have confirmed from them that his account is closed and he has opened a new one or at least should have asked permission to open the 2nd account. These things may seem small initially, but they can create problems specially if you have high balance in your gambling account and suddenly you found that your account is frozen because you violate the terms and conditions. I think in this case, he should be fine if he has proofs of all those conversion with the support team.
Something even with support approval it still very adviseable to have them closed that account first, or better still make sure the balance on that account is cleared down to zero before you create and deposit into the newly created account.


The reason for this is that, why most casinos are against multiple accounts is that the gambler may likely make you of both of them to cheat the casino, so there is a likely system configuration that report two accounts that belong to same person and are active and one way to know an account is active is when there is activities on the Said account such as gaming or have deposits and withdrawals activities on them both.

I guess he will never get an approval to create new account if the user still have an access to his old account. So lets assume that he totally lose his access to his account in this casino since he maybe lose his email. Then ask for approval towards creating new account since he still want to play then get approve by their support.

With that situation I think we don't have anything to worry especially if the support already approve and take not about the situation.

Provably users in that situations won't encounter any multi account issue.
