I am not trying to say that all of you were using special strategies to win in tournaments, however I was surprised to find out about multi tab method. I am not trying to say that it is against the rules (just my 2 cents - I find it unfair, but regular tournaments and gambling tournaments are different things).

Multi-tab, most participants do the same thing so why not all get banned? Why just now while most participants do it since the first round long time ago? Unfair? How can it be unfair while all participants can do the same thing? Come on man..

Casino from your signature run tournaments all the time. Same idea of who wagers more takes first place. Why not try them?

It proves that you do not know how the tournaments works in duelbits, it is not merely about wagering especially the slots tournament. It is collecting point, 1 point per spin ($0.2) or above. Even if you bet $100 per spin, it will give you 1 point only unless the spin give you profit. So asking me to try the one in betfury is not making any sense since the tournament is different.

Both of these two user are experience people or legendary user who having a good experience especially in the slot. Both of them are active in not just tournament but also a multiplier contest in different thread for the past 2-4 years. A few days ago, you comment the user @kalex and mark him maybe some user who are posting bad things about casino.

Now, we have 2 user from bitcointalk - old user - experience member especially in slot - active player in participated on multiplier contest getting the problem same as him. Let's be real, the problem are mostly could be (we can't getting benefits over and over against on the tournament with PnL positive) even is not illegal. But still you refused to believe.


My comment for you, maybe leave it to duelbits while you don't know anythings. Cause your response is weird + you don't have any experience playing in tournament same as them. All your two cent are kind weird too, even my self don't have tournament experience... I still tried to read the term & condition mostly the things they're doing are not against term. I think Duelbits should at least honor the pending rewards before they exclude them on any promotion since they have the right to do it. Update their terms to make everything clear instead of just excluding users from their benefits after wagering huge amount of money.

It’s not their mistake to play smart to accumulate wager and win the tournament frequently.

Actually when a casino provide promotions/tournaments, they should be ready or they should accept the fact that some players will be making some profits from the promotions.
The recent 3 cases, seems that those users made decent profit from the tournaments which maybe something that duelbits do not want to see so they have to use vague reason to ban them from the promotions.
It is better for duelbits to change their tournaments into something that will make players get lower chance to make profit than having tournaments where players have good chance to make profit but players are banned because of making profit regularly.

The whole VIP loyalty system and tournament prizes are helping the users to maintain profits even after losing some funds for the tournament participation. As a result, they have started to restrict and ban those users who are able to maintain profit by participating in the tournaments. Duelbits team should have stopped those tournaments or change the terms to prevent the users from staying in profit always instead of taking such action to the users.

If they change the rules, and stated maybe ban some account just because they're profits. People will worried and not joined the tournament could started chaos. In my opinion, they can keep current tournament ruler or term without changing anythings buts.....:

• Sent a message to user who getting restricted:Hi, due several reason bla bla bla we taking the decision to restricted you in our tournament (but you are still welcome, to take part our other promotion or game) bla bla bla.
• User still can keep grind the current tournament, receive the reward from current tournament and just can't joined the upcoming tournament due the restricted.

See ? these is will be a elegant way for both parties and happy ending. Even the user created some issue topic, the topic will be not really negative at all for casino cause none of the money is getting lock.

Yep, I completely agree with you here. Especially, if you look into 'kalexsuao' case. He was banned from the VIP tournament on the last day. As a result, he hasn't received $7.5k reward from the tournament. Rakeback, monthly, daily and some other bonuses are completely based on the house edge of each game. The HE always gives profit to the casino in the long run if the user doesn't manipulate the game. It is unusual if a casino restricted the users from claiming those available rewards.

I have a brief overview on your case. Do you try to escalate this already   with the help of Duelbits representative here in the forum?

No matter how I try to view this, You have the right to claim those VIP rewards because that’s the benefits they are offering in exchange for your wager. It’s unprofessional to confiscate VIP benefits without any violation on the casino and bonus ToS.

It’s a nightmare to think that the profit you are relying after wagering huge amount that should be used to recover some of your losses will be confiscated.

I support your case in case you will try to escalate this on reputation board.

Although it cannot give justification on the actions done to those people got affected on banning, but they could at least explain their self on why that situation happen. I'm surprised that I still receive the prize from the last tournament although I was banned in the middle of the tournament several days ago. Not sure what can I do with this prize, but I doubt that I can withdraw it since I'm banned from their tournament which means that I should be not eligible for any prize from the tournament. AFAIK your account is just put on withdrawal mode only so any rewards that will enter on your balance can be withdrawn. Probably you still finished on the spot with rewards that’s why you still get your balance once they distribute the rewards.
They just stop you to hit higher position on the tournament.

Surprise! Surprise!! Maybe their system forgot that you were banned from the tournament . You were eligible for the prize as your name is still showing in the tournament leaderboard. In 'kalexsuao' case, his name was removed from the leaderboard and he had lost the access of leaderboard too. Otherwise,

Same thing happened to me. They allowed me to withdraw the non VIP tournament winnings, although they took away my placement in the VIP tournament for $7500 after I spent thousands on it. I still got completely banned after a few weeks though. This is just the beginning.

This is the main problem here because there is no clear reason why players get banned while they are actively playing (regardless for tournament only or not).
If the main reason is because these players make profits from the tournament, it will be an unacceptable reason because players are also risking their money, no guaranteed profit, if they make profits means they are lucky.
By the way, just checked their tournament page but I do not see new tournament (slot).
Do duelbits stop it completely because of the current some issues of banned users or they are working on something to make the tournaments a bit harder for players to make profit?
