It's not necessary to wait 4 years for the next Olympics. There are many other sporting events and tournaments that take place annually and can be a great alternative. For example, World Championships and continental championships in various sports. There are also regular seasons in leagues like the NBA, NHL, and others. There's always something interesting to watch and bet on!

I think Olympics are one of the few competition where people can follow many sports easily, compared to other regular sports competition. Not sure if that's an upside or downside if you talk about prediction or the betting market though.
