Usually people check the marketing and decide on all the new places they will play based on that. I dont think regular gamblers often win, it is still depends on your luck. When I had a leave from my work, I gamble 4 straight days (usually before I sleep at night). I play slots, poker, roulette and dice then stick to the particular game where im lucky. But the result is not as good as other gamblers here who managed to win more than losing.

Thus I dont believe if you're a regular gambler you will win often, thats my opinion based on my experience.
