As far as I remember never , actually I have agreed regarding KYC and have prepared the documents even i already sent it
What really disappointed me was that 30 minutes before I sent the KYC the team contacted me and confirmed that my withdrawal had been processed as well as explained the reason why KYC was applied , in this case my account is on Computer while KYC must be on mobile so I didn't realize that the withdrawal was sent.

This is the first time I heard something like this, so I have no idea what is called by opposite betting. I'm pretty sure duelbits wont accuse their players without solid evidence. Misunderstanding is one other possibility in this case but I wont guess what is this all about, hopefully duelbits will come soon to clarify.

Yeah there could be some problem on both ends like some technical issues on duelbit side or the player might have recently played the game but whatever the case is it must be resolved.The team might be at the time looking forward to this one and come up with an explanation for it to the user and resolve his withdrawal request.

Really good that they have responded positively to your request and are now considering to lower the minimum bet on dice to $0.01 which will make lot of players happy.If they are considering it then chances are they will implement it also as the players suggestions and demand must be kept under observation to run successfully in market and duelbits is doing quite good.

Every time there is a complaint, of course, there must be evidence then the casino team will take this more seriously and the casino will definitely solve it if it is a definite complaint but now there are many accusations without evidence that just want to destroy the casino, of course, it must be ignored because for me big casinos will definitely provide the best service in terms of the support it provides.
Since I gamble more often on this forum no problem except asking for help on LiveChat or other support all problems are resolved quickly.

Maybe Hhamphuz would like to look into it if a player has a problem with the site, but I don't think it's Hhamphuz's responsibility to fix it. That he's running the campaign, that seems the only relevant thing to me. If a player has a problem, it should be resolved between player and Duelbits. Duelbits has had little to no issues since they've been active on the site.

That's right if the problem can't be solved via live chat then in this forum other users can help but  with the correct format other users can judge who is right and wrong
But so far most of the accusations are without evidence so no one can help what's even weirder is they always create a new account for some reason not using the main account
Whereas with the main account other users can give more trust.

That is just being part of the casino world. I have seen plenty of weird complaints where the customer was wrong and they still kept insisting that the casino was a scam, and nobody really cared about it. That is the difference, if the casino is actually a scam then everyone will stay away from it, no matter how much money you spend, you will be known as a scam.

There is one place right now in the bitcointalk where we all know they are a scam casino and they are spending so much money on signature campaign to just get people to defend themselves and we all know it will not be enough and we will always call them a scam. It is one of the most popular sports in the USA so I would expect that a lot of people will bet on it. And 200$ isn't really so low; in my eyes it is quite high as similar promotions by other sites limit the amount of the refund to 50$ or lower.

Every type of reputation could be broken the moment a place does something wrong. I mean if duelbits doesn't listen to people here and start to do something that people would not be happy about, then they would end up with nothing at all, I would definitely advice people to avoid making mistakes against a casino, but casinos should also be careful as well.

One "intentional" wrong thing done by casinos would equal to them being gone very very quickly, they would start to lose money so much and suddenly go bankrupt because of everyone taking their money out. Unintentional ones could be recovered and they will drop sharply but could build better, but intentional ones can't.

The forum indeed brings a good amount of traffic to their casino site and they would definitely not want any kind of bad reputation on this forum.
