I would say that there will always be at least one person per casino that talks about how that casino is a scam. Doesn't matter which casino, if you have nobody calling you a scam then you are not a good casino at all. you can't please everyone so to speak. so you need to validate what they are complaining about. more then likely, it is the player's fault. because this site will not grow this big if a lot of players are not happy about it. they are also running one of the longest running campaigns here in the forum. if they can afford to pay those people, it means, they are really doing good in terms of revenue.
just look at their regular contests and promos and you will know what am talking about. they are one of the active casinos here in the forum, based imo. the amount of their xmas giveaway is also a handsome amount. a small casino can't offer such amount of giveaway.

Exactly, I recently withdrew from Duelbits (60$) with LTC and received it in less than 10 minutes in my Kraken account. According to oHnK, the transaction on Duelbits is still processing, so it seems to be stuck for some reason at Duelbits. Maybe it is a very large sum and they want to do some extra checks on it.

Thanks for ur information, I've communicated with the admin of their live support. The result, before I told my story they have known my problem is and give me some ways to get my money back. Thats really helpful, and their management's really cooperative with all users. My money got stuck because of their regulation which I ignored. Maybe this will be my experience to be better next.

We saw that happen a long time ago so we do not have to believe them unless they can provide the real data and not just complain here because that is the problem that needs to be solved between them and the casino.
We can not stop them from doing that thing but as long as we do not give more attention to them, that case will not be bigger unless they come to the site directly and try to solve their case.
