I am very fond of NBA and I can say that it is still not easy, so do not be worried. Even if the chance of an instance is very low to occur, It's chance rate will increase the more often it will try to do same things. Casino license usually undergo through edit including there probably fair code before they can acquire there license. Accusing a casino that has a fully compliant to license requirements is absurd since they will not ruin there reputation as well as there license fee payment just to scam people from rigged probably fair game while they can easily have profit through house edge percentage on all there games.

It's a bit strange sometimes the captcha appears suddenly I mean if duelbits enable captcha why doesn't it work every time I login

Maybe restarting the modem to get a new IP will solve that or maybe changing the DNS can help him.

Captcha is based your network not account.

By the way, your network always have a score captcha. If your network have a good score capcha, most the time they will not showing up unless your network has being used for such some activity. Google will flag you with a bad score and you need to always solved captcha.

Requesting a new ip address can only help if he has a dynamic public ip address, which in most cases is not the case. DNS servers have absolutely no value on digital footprint in the network in this regard. Please read some article in the Internet about how reCaptcha works.
