Your memory is well and accurate and I can confirm it after reading and checking Duelbits' AML and KYC (last revision: 26/08/2025). On that page, it's written that KYC is mandatory before users at Duelbits can withdraw money including first withdrawal.

The first step of verification is an electronic KYC (Know Your Customer) check, which must be done before any Withdrawal is possible. duelbits.io is not responsible for any delays in withdrawal created by the KYC checks.

It's worth remembering a very important detail, you need to reach Rookie 1 milestone to be eligible to participate in the rewards. I don't remember how much wagered you need to get there.

I was already in 10th place, I got most of the fights right, especially those with point multipliers, but I couldn't claim the reward because of this detail and it's in the rules:
