At least this is the answer from the support chat after asking why the two domains are different from the main domain.

The point is to minimize access restrictions, so Duelbits has two different licenses.

The forum representative can also clarify this matter so that the statements here and in the support chat are the same.

I won the UFC Jackpot (only around $2+), but the prize was never credited to my account. I contacted support, and they told me that I’m not eligible.
Here’s the message I received:
After an internal review, we regret to inform you that your account is not eligible for future promotions as per our TOS.
Your account currently does not qualify for this feature.

I didn’t abuse any promotions or cheat in any way. The only possible reason I can think of is that I haven’t made a deposit for almost two years but playing this UFC Jackpot for the whole year for free and won multiple times. I’ve only been logging in and participating in promos like the UFC Jackpot.
So yeah, maybe that’s their basis and I can understand it to some extent..

Seems that I have to welcome you to the group of banned users by duelbits  . Your case is more reasonable because you have no made any deposit for 2 years but you keep on joining their free promotions compared to my case where I was banned from their promotions during my most active time playing in duelbits. It is basically a clue for other duelbits players to not parcipate in promotions too many times even if you are making deposits regularly if you do not want to be banned from their promotions including VIP benefits like rakeback (daily, weekly, monthly). Still, I hope duelbits can do something better because I had a really great moment and experiences in duelbits although it was over since more than a year ago.

He said he had won it several times so he must have met all the requirements unless this is the first time he has won, it might make sense to check the T&C
The logical reason is that they don't want users who don't contribute to the site to get the rewards and the basis for rejection is usually ''we reserve the right to make any decision necessary and it is final''  If I were in this situation of course I would be disappointed and they should have been excluded from the promotion before participating, not after being declared one of the winners. Even like @Bitinity case he used personal budget to participate but the prize/advantage was not credited.

For my case, unfortunately you were inactive when I was excluded from the promotions without clear reason long time ago and I have asked your support to block my account since there is no longer reason to stay for me as I have lost the benefits of being your player. I cant really remember what the last messages from your support related to my case but the one I remember is that your support team has reviewed the case and nothing can be changed.
That's why I decided to ask them to block my account permanently but still the support say that I can request to unblock my account. I believe my case is similar to what is happened to roycilik, he was excluded from your promotion as well but later it was reviewed and he was still eligible for promotions but after some time he was excluded again.
Edit: So even if it will be reviewed again, I think there will be no changes What I can hope is that you can serve your players better for such case.

Duelbits thread went inactive for more than a week. What a surprise considering a huge number of sig members. Haha do not take my words personally.

Anyway, I found that Duelbits discord community is hosting quite extraordinary events recently. They have community blackjack, csgo and all sorts of things. Currently I am into poker so after wandering around X I found that they are indeed hosting their own exclusive Poker tournament which is going to happen in less than 24 hours.
