It's a shame I don't know how to play poker, seriously, when that April Fool's Day game was available for a few days or weeks in 2025, I had no idea how to play it. Poker is a very exciting game. I didn't know how to play Poker but when I was a kid, I had an older friend who was playing Poker every day and this game became interesting to me. Also back then, Poker was praised around me as one of the coolest game and in my friend circle, you were a cool guy if you knew how to play Poker. So, this friend suggested me a Poker game on Facebook and I started playing. I had no idea what I was doing, I was simply playing without knowing any basic rule but slowly, I learnt the game and then I asked him to let me play on Pokerstars with his account and I even won a few tournaments.

I suggest you to do the same. Either try free platforms or deposit a couple of bucks and try to learn.

I haven't seen anyone being denied a payout because they were accused of cheating, although such cases probably do exist. I just haven't heard of any personally. Crash games are becoming increasingly popular, i've noticed that a lot of players are into that type of game. It's fast money, but it's also very easy to lose. Just noticed duelbits relaunched their old weekly slots tournament, regular tournaments when I used to be the winners for many weeks but it was also the tournaments which lead me into a ban for their tournaments lol. Hopefully there will be no more banned users because of regularly winning in their weekly tournaments. Now the tournaments seems to be harder because of the increased minimum bet ($0.5 and $1) while it was $0.2 when I was still actively competing with other duelbits players long time ago.

So, they are bringing back the promotion which was discontinued as users were able to stay in profit by taking part in it. They increased the bet amount so that the users find it difficult to complete the promo. A few more users were also banned from the tournaments and promotions at Duelbits like you for being in profit. They took so long to continue these tournaments by making little changes. Do you still play at Duelbits?

Users of this forum will be more careful if they want to participate due to previous user experiences here so don't be surprised if we don't find their names on the leaderboard
By the way I just checked the promotions page and it turns out Duelbit is providing a promo for the World Cup so place a $20 bet on the World Cup winner and if they score one goal then we will get a $2 freebet check here for details   So far this promo is the most interesting of the existing ones, but we don't know what will happen in the next few weeks, who knows, there might be a more interesting promo from another casino.

Of course not as there is no more reason for me to play at Duelbits. Beside I'm banned from their tournaments, they also ban me from any of their VIP benefits such as daily, weekly, monthly bonus including my last $170+ monthly bonus which cant be claimed more than a year ago. That is the reason I decided to request account closure after they banned me from the VIP benefits as well. Maybe I will still play here if I was excluded from the tournament only but since I am banned from the VIP benefits as well, what I can expect?

Scammed for €30k by Duelbits.

I'd invite anyone planning to use Duelbits to think twice. They seemed to have a good reputation so I decided to play with them, but after a big win they are ghosting me for over two months with literally no info provided about what is the holdup.

Like, seriously. How can a licensed casino's only information be: "I really think this one's being checked with Payments and Compliance for some security reasons."

I don't like to hang out casinos, I really don't. I understand sometimes things take time. But this is different.

I had a huge win of 47964 EUR on 22th April. They paid out 20k but the remainder is now sitting in my account, over 6 weeks later.
I'm at my wit's end. They were happy letting me deposit thousands, but when it comes to paying out wins they are not happy.

And it's not even been a back-and-forth. I literally haven't heard ANYTHING for over a month!

Big casinos unlikely to take actions against users without solid evidence which is enough for conclusion like users cheated and abused the casinos. They don't take action (in this context and discussion) that is harsh, because of suspicion without enough evidence. Especially with users who won many times, won big, and already withdraw big funds many times, if there are actual cheats against the casino, there are more than enough evidence collected by the casinos to prove that.

Regarding to restricting some users from Duelbits tournaments, it's not a new story as such stories happened a long time already. Their are some Duelbits users who are familiar users in this forum were blocked from tournaments but the casino has rights to do that.

I understand this. I have never had any issues with Duelbits as well. What I am wondering is why they would let the unanswered replies ruin their rating on such platforms. Even so, they initially used to respond to the accusations, but now they don't. It makes any new user wonder what went wrong.

Of course casinos have a right to enforce whatever rules they have.
However, it is not normal to just ghost someone for 2 months and not provide any information. I have not broken any rules, nor have I been told I am suspected of breaking any rules. I've simply not been told anything.

If they had something they could actually accuse me of, surely they would do so to justify the holdup. Instead, they remain quiet. I didn't even play with bonus, because I have bad experiences from before of being held to stupid bonus rules.
