What I know is he have active partnership with Draftkings and this will create conflict if he also signed with Duelbits.

The red flag was removed and the accusation case was resolved with a bonus from duelbits' founder.

I don't remember who are a creator of that flag but @mpet is active today, hours ago at 03:02:29 PM. If the flag was created by him, likely he removed the flag. No matter who are the flag creator, case was resolved so there is certainly no longer reason to support that flag.

Hopefully, he will spend a little bit time to write something about the case as a way of officially closing it from his side.

Without a doubt, it was a very interesting turnaround. Duelbits' reputation is safe, I think the only thing they need to work on is their response time. 02 to 03 months is a long time to resolve the situation/accusation. I believe Joe (or someone else designated by him on the future, a representative, etc) will look into improving this.

It wouldn't make sense for them to let their reputation be ruined because of a single user. It would make more sense, as was the case with Winna, where they swept several cases under the rug with the internal help of a mod. And yes, I believe that every company with a good reputation like Duelbits always seeks to improve, whether in its operations, response time support, investing in more employees, etc etc.

The no-strings-attached 5k bonus was more than just an apology, it compensated for all the trouble caused by the time it took to resolve the case. I don't remember seeing a good happy ending from any other casino here on the forum, it's truly something to praise.

I think it has a good ending, but we shouldn't be that surprised. I think it's the path any claim should take when it's justified and comes from the appropriate party. In the end, the one who was right won.

That said, in situations like these, it's important not to mix different cases together. Every case is unique and should be judged on its own merits, as it depends on both the casino and the player.

Right, if the case is been handled by those right people, this type of outcome is not really surprising especially if the case is legitimate and the person posting the claim have evidence to support his issues.

What matter now is we have seen decent process and decision done is fair for the side of affected person.

The case was confirmed as resolved by the user with this post. The user also made his request to casino guru to close this case too, it's another good action from him.

So from now this case can be considered as completely resolved with agreement from both sides as well as happiness I think so.

I can confirm that the resolution is accurate, and the withdrawal was processed immediately upon request. I have received the entirety of the win, plus 5k USD. I truly appreciate the steps taken by Joe and the goodwill bonus. That being said, these three months have been incredibly frustrating, especially due to the opaqueness of the process (or lack thereof) within Duelbits.

I used to think that only celebrities or rock bands took merch seriously, turning it into an additional source of income. But I always thought that for casinos, it was just a way to maintain their brand and stay visible. Regarding the shower gel, I agree with you. It's merch you'll only see for a few minutes in the shower before bed or in the morning, It won't make you very popular.
