I personally think it's going too far now. They write in the terms and conditions that a number of countries are excluded, but that is completely wrong.
Offering gambling to players from the Netherlands is strictly prohibited and is also prohibited under the license of Curacao. Betnomi writes down a few random countries (and has now written down some countries from which it is allowed).

Those are the countries restricted by default. We are editing and modifying these information's. We know these are countries stated specifically by the curacao authorities. ( The Netherlands, France and the United States of America.) Other than this, there is a long list of country that we will be updating. You missed the part where Betnomi said the countries listed there are by default. If you've followed the discussion here in past few days, Betnomi is using a template from another casino and they haven't updated many of the crucial information there, like the TOC, before they launched the website.

I know a member here, from the restricted country, who deposited recently and was even given by Betnomi a special deposit bonus. It's possible that Betnomi wasn't even aware of what country was prohibited until it was brought out or maybe they're aware but are planning to remove from the list. I don't think they will add restricted counties to the current list though as they want as many customers as possible.

The problem is that Betnomi doesn't know what he's doing. He copies and pastes some things into the Terms and Conditions. Anyone can be that none of it is right. He uses a template for the conditions. As if we are talking about a menu of a restaurant. The attitude of the owner of Betnomi is also getting more and more unfriendly and arrogant at the moment. I think most people have now seen Betnomi's unprofessional behavior.
