We want to clarify this once and for all. There are some countries that have very loosely defined rules regarding gambling restrictions. We stated a million times already. Betnomi will never confiscate a users funds because they are playing from a restricted country. This is no good reason to lock up anyone account with their funds. At least, let them withdraw the funds first. Anything short of that is theft as far as we are concern.
