I don't believe Betnomi scammed anyone. Those allegations that are made are unfounded and have no argument or reason whatsoever. I also can not find anything about the scam accustion.
What I am convinced of, and what has also been clearly proven, is that the owner has no experience and does not know what he is doing.
I think he underestimated it and thought that setting up an online gambling site is the same as opening an online restaurant. Of course it doesn't work that way. Everyone has to learn, but then be open to criticism and use it to your advantage. I remember that I told him that he was using the same information as another bookmaker and his reply was "Everybody is copying from eachother".
The owner (forum representative) did not want to hear about criticism and only decided to defend himself. That gives you a lot of unbelief. I have also lost count of how often the terms and conditions and license have been tampered with. they now have a valid license on the site, but the credibility is gone. If they had launched the site now, if it was fully loaded with correct information, they could be off to a good start.

This is very good. Many people suggested right from the beginning that we change our domain and the name so we have a clean start and not deal with these issues but, we made the decision not to do that for 3 reasons.

First of all, we did nothing wrong/ illegal or exploited anyone for anything. The original accusation was pulled back by the accuser and all the neg tags were pulled back except for the users who are no longer active in the forum to remove them, unfortunately. Some of that, we believe was an honest and sincere effort to protect the forum users. Others where malicious or ignorant whatever be the case, we dealt with it

Secondly, we have principles and values, when you are falsely accused, you don't cave in, bend, or flee. You stand your grounds and defend yourself until you are proven innocent or until death.

Finally, we love Betnomi. Even though it's a relatively new brand, there is an unimaginable vision and future plans for it. It's already becoming apparent what Betnomi will become in the near future considering where it started. We will NEVER let some petty accusations or trolls become an obstacle to the future of the company. It's our promise and out of dedication, we will defend, protect, and fight for Betnomi until its true potential and vision have been achieved and beyond. 

Many great things are in the works and the results will speak for themselves.

Your are right and about the limits, currently, a single bet limit is 10k and multi bet limit is 100k.
About displaying the limits, we do have this in our FAQ and of course, the system will alert the user when their bet exceeds the limit.

Kindly share with us if you have some other idea as to where and how to display the limits.

Best way to get rid of these people is just ignore them. People have the right to express their opinion, but as already mentioned here, that user Gosha Ecoins is only here for bad intentions.
His only purpose (seems) is to burn Betnomi to the ground, while he did not have any evidence or logical reason.

When you transfer your bet to another user, the bet immediately becomes available on their account under gifted bets.
About the "Cashout" option, that will be available to them. Same as all the features available for all bets.

I have tried different VPN connections. As can be seen in the terms and conditions, many countries are excluded.
What I just don't understand (and what's also misleading) is that you can register your own in these countries.
I created an account through Germany, while this country is on the list of excluded countries.
Why am I allowed to create an account from a location in Germany, when the terms and conditions say this is prohibited? this is not right. You have to block these countries.
Suppose I were to deposit 2 bitcoins now, this would double to 4 and cash out late. Then they ask for a KYC, and they see that I am from Germany. And then my won money is confiscated. I find that outrageous that this is possible. Serious sites will always block the location anyway.


Now Betnomi can always use it to her advantage. If you create an account from an excluded country and you win money, they can say you signed up from an excluded country and refer to the terms and conditions. but if i deposit and lose then they will say they haven't viewed my account when i placed the bets. This should really not be possible and I think it is a very bad thing. And from Curacao they are obliged to perform the KYC procedure, so do not come with "We do not perform KYC procedures", because that is against the legislation and rules of the gambling commission.

On the subject of confiscating user's funds, we are categorically stating, we will "never Confiscate"  the funds of any user for KYC or restricted country related issues. We do understand people make mistakes and someone could make a deposit without properly following the rules. In an event like this, we will simply return your deposit to you and will not "Confiscate your money". However, we will unapologetically ban your account if we determine of course with sufficient evidence that you cheated or are cheating or exploiting our systems and or promotional activities.  Please archive this statement for future references if you have any doubts. Personally I think that this is on the edge of an accusation but he is right about the blocking technique. i checked some other sites and they all block restricted countries.
Maybe you can implement this? then you get rid of the negative posts probbaly.

@betnomi maybe you should consider contacting owners of bitodds.com and bestodds.ai and see if they can add betnomi odds for US election and for all other sport events on their websites.
I use them all the time to see what crypto bookies have the best odds for my bets.

On the 10th, he made this same accusation and we relased a statement on the issue. 14 days later, he pretended as if he never asked that question or did we never answer it. Here is his exact claim on the 10th and notice our response. Clearly this is a malicious individual.

The only answer I can give you is that this restriction has been imposed by the license provider in Curacao. I don't know what the underlying thought is. I can tell you that the list of countries not encouraged by Betnomi is complete nonsense. That list is really wrong. As far as I can tell, they read an article online about gambling somewhere and decided to include all those countries in their list. Just like they forgot to set up the Netherlands. They just keep messing with the terms. There is a difference between local gambling and online gambling. And the list is based on that too.


What Betnomi implies now is that they do not encourage you to gamble from a country that is prohibited. What a deception. Gambling is legal or illegal, there is no in between. When you launch a casino site, you must be aware of the rules of the law and also the license you have received.

If any gambler belongs to the countries which are discouraged to play at Betnomi, how can they force them as not to win big ? Everyone is playing to win big. Indirectly, betnomi is saying that they wont get paid if they win big ?
I do not understand this concept. Either add these countries in banned list or if you allow people to play from these countries, let them play freely.

I can tell you now what's going to happen. You can make deposits from countries where gambling is prohibited, and Betnomi will accept them with great gratitude. And as long as you keep betting and losing, they won't be difficult at all. But as soon as you start to win big, they'll just follow the KYC procedure, and if you come from a country that they think gambling is illegal, your winnings will be confiscated.

Betnomi's management (or maybe it's just this person on the forum) is totally unaware of the rules and changes the terms every time as if it were a note for a test. Terms and conditions are binding and must be correct.
