Sorry but I am not buying this. You make a promise that players don't need to provide KYC when it comes to crypto, but you can't include it in the terms and conditions? Where's the logic?
These are your own conditions, because you have your own permit. Then you decide that yourself. Unless it is not allowed, but if you are not allowed to include that in the terms and conditions, and therefore not legal, that also means that you cannot make such promises on the forum here.

Why are you so deeply trying to put down betnomi for whatever they have done with their "KYC" part in their  terms? If you're not satisfied with the terms, isn't it better to just leave it and move ahead to another casino on the line? Why to harass them? We've been there and playing for a while, deposited and withdrew every single penny without getting asked for KYC till now. ^^ I doubt that as long as people start getting KYC in bunches, this is a topic that is required, plus there are many other casinos that require KYC as well if anything special happens, it is just a precaution thing that casinos do to both save themselves from legal trouble but also help you as well to get rid of legal trouble, KYC for no good reason would be a bad thing but KYC for a good reason is a good thing.

So, I would say do not really care for the ToS version of "what could happen" and just focus on what is going on, they are not asking for it and they are not making a deal out of it neither, they just put it up there for show and for future and that's it, move on until you see people start getting KYC left and right, you can worry about it when/if it happens.

I guess they don't have even fund to deposit on the betnomi site and now they are worried and keep asking about the KYC. Because they aren't reading the OP post. KYC implementation is for the jackpot prize and any big cash-out related will I guess about withdrawal.

At least they admitted. I'm not saying what they did was adoptable, but still, they are much better than 90% of other available gambling sites because they are improving. And about the terms, yeah, they admitted that they copied it. Just get me one scenario where betnomi even asked a user in written for their KYC and if you can, please also show us the reason. If it's invalid, I'll stop ^defending^ betnomi. And once again, last but not the least, you've got many other websites to choose from if you don't like betnomi's terms, stop over-reacting on this matter. The mistake Betnomi made is to explicitly write on the forum that they will not ask for KYC, only in case of fraud and high winnings like the Jackpot.

Its because this is what they do and so does all other sites that has almost the same TOS, unless you are using any fraudulent way to win then there wont be any KYC asked. So far I have withdraw $80 from betnomi, no KYC asked.

They should have just indicated on the forum that they can also ask for KYC, also for crypto

All three TOS from the three other sites also state that they either can/will always ask KYC even if you deposit in crypto but I can ensure you that they never ask for my KYC.

However, they are not going to write on a forum that they will never ask for this KYC, and that's the big difference here

Exactly, they will never approach KYC for making withdrawal request. Until now my experience on betnomi good enough on both side betting and withdrawing.

Some of are just repeating same question again and again, just use random info to bypass your name and DOB info. What I do believe they ask DOB to confirm whether you're 18+ or not.

Good question @Steamtyme. The buddy transfer is possible between users who have the same currencies. Ie, if a users is using USD as their currency, they can receive transfers from any other user using USD as their currency and same applies to all other currencies. As for changing/ switching between currencies, that is not possible at this time. The selected currency at the time of registration by the user remains their currency.
