Can someone tell me how many chancecoins there are? is there not a set amount?  Do they become more rare over time since they are being burned?  Sorry just trying to understand, and also would like to invest.

No fixed amount. The coin are destroyed at the rate of a 1% edge dice casino.

480 BTC has been burned and created about 500K coins.

Buy Chancecoin here :

https://www.poloniex.com/exchange/btc_cha

Holding Chancecoin is like investing in a dice game casino like just-dice.
Except that the casino is decentralized and cannot be shut down.
No one can steal your money.

EDIT : I am sorry for the people that cannot send CHA.
Someone asked me to send his CHA using my client and his privkey. I just did it but I don't know yet if it worked.
If it work I can do it for other people in exchange of some tips.

Where do your winnings come from if you win at the casino?  Can my holdings go down if someone wins big?

Only the gambler's balance changes.

Let's say you have 10,000 CHA in your wallet, and there are 510,000 CHA in total (including your 10,000 wallet balance)

- You bet 10,000 CHA on a x2 payout and win.

Your wallet balance goes up to 20,000 CHA, and the total number of CHA goes up to 520,000

- You then bet 20,000 CHA and lose

Your wallet balance goes down to 0 CHA and the total number of CHA goes down to 500,000

Interesting.

Can new games be added or are the current ones it?

Is anyone actively developing new games?

Hello - I am pretty noob - but I dont think Im that noob that I should be having an issue like this...
I downloaded the software and followed the instructions, and nowhere in the files do I see ChanceCoin.Jar - I even searched the directory and nothing came up...
I unpacked the files properly and what not - seemingly nowhere to be found.

If you are using Blockchain.info, go to your Wallet, click on "Import / Export," click "Export Unencrypted," choose "Bitcoin-Qt Format," and copy the "priv" key.

CHA on poloniex hmmm...

The betting is still a bit chunky, it's kind of slow, has there been a wallet update or can we expect faster betting speeds or?

So if everyone goes all in or 99% of their holdings @ a very small probability, (0.0001)... if no one wins, all these coins disappear and basically everyone wins by deflation?
