I still recommend everyone to check the bitcointalk topics of each service and the trust of the promoters in addition to the presence of an active flag to avoid being scammed rather than limiting your search in the reviews since sometimes it is a paid one... For example: advcash https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=1011381.0 (clean) Spectrocoin https://bitcointalk.org/index.php?topic=577176.0 (active flag + 4 negative default trust) ...

I also has same issue . I did applied (past) for advcash card but they blocked my account first when I contacted them they said some suspicious activity happens in my account. After giving me my account back they blocked my account after few weeks again and this time I didn't contacted them. They just ask you to contact that or that person. Paycent also has some problem with their card payment.

I can also say that if someone is worried about the issue of anonymity, then there are offshore cards, for example, AdvCash. Working with them, the cardholder is not threatened that the bank will be able to demand the sources of money and suspend operations with the card.
https://advcash.gi/en/aml/5.10. The Company shall continuously conduct due diligence procedures pertaining to its Customers and scrutinize transactions carried out by them to ensure these transactions’ compatibility with the Company’s knowledge of its Customers, their business and, when necessary, their source of funds. No surprises here, that's one of the reasons why they ask for KYC to access most of their services, and have low transaction limits for unverified users. Just as important is to emphasise how flaky many of these card services have been in the past. Most are at the mercy of other service providers who may pull the cards without any notice. Good point. OP could add info how long a specific service has been around.

TRASTRA is definitely the move if you're within the EEA. They have the friendliest UI/UX than most and I have a Wirex, TenX, and Crypto.com card. Waiting for Asian expansion though!

From the link OP has posted I can see: non-Euro purchase 3% of the transaction’s value ATM Transaction with Foreign Exchange 3% +2.25 EUR Monthly card management 1.25 EUR This is worse than "old" Wirex, while even Wirex is updating now towards 0 monthly fee and no FX fees if one receives the new MasterCard. Binance also claims to have no monthly or FX fees. AdvCash has the 3%, but at least no monthly fee. So from my knowledge TRASTRA is overly expensive. (If I'm wrong please correct me.) UI/UX is not everything.

those cash back levels look less attractive when you look at the fine print---2.49% per transaction to liquidate crypto. that's high even for coinbase's regular (non-pro) service. i guess people won't care if they're realizing huge capital gains, but i hope people don't start using this as a day-to-day spending card without realizing how much coinbase is pocketing. if you could trade on coinbase pro and then spend that USD or USDC value with the card (without incurring liquidation fees of course), then this would actually look tempting.

Same rates as the cards already available in other countries. That's a beefy rate but others like Wirex hide theirs with a spread. I guess it's more relevant in the US where banking is so painfully stone age. In Europe you sell and send to your bank account and it's done in an hour or less so I guess the main market there is for people worried about their bank getting arsey.

in my experience with coinbase, ACH transfers hit your bank account on the 2nd day. if you're willing to pay for a wire, then next day. it's not that bad, certainly not enough to justify the liquidation fee + ATM fee IMO.

Never bothered to check. I have a GBP Coinbase card but I've only used it once. I sure as shit hope they don't load the spread on top of charging 2.5% but you never know.

I received and activated my Bitpay Debit Card (MasterCard) on Thursday. I could not do the activation via the Bitpay app on my phone, so I had to call the 1-855-xxxxxxx number. Next was loading the card with BTC (looks like the only way, easily anyway, to load the card is from the Bitpay app), it converts to US$ and then does not vary (US$).
I then used the card to buy a book and afterwards pull $20 from an ATM, all went smoothly.
I did not have the time nor inclination to calculate fees, but they were apparently not exorbitant, but I will pay more attention the next time I use the card. I believe the limit on CA$H withdrawal from an ATM is a pretty decent $1000 per ATM visit. I also believe I read that you can have up to $25,000 loaded on it. That high limit on the card might come in handy if you are traveling and bump-up against your limits on any other cards you may have (assuming you can send BTC to it).
So far, so good.
Edit: KYC documents uploads are mandatory.

I think it contains outdated information. AFAIK Xapo cards are no more 2 years ago and Uquid is dead for example. That's what I noticed when checking the site fast. Please don't feel that I am criticising your efforts all the time, I appreciate what you are doing but I had bad experience finding the suitable almost imaginary service to use

Found the site where information about 61 debit cards is collected: Compare Bitcoin Debit CardsThe list contains extended information about fees and countries of use. AFAIK, this website data is based on the old spreadsheet which is not up to date. I have checked it a few months ago and the same Infomation is used for making this list. I will edit my post when I find this spreadsheet. BTW, I personally have used the Crypterium debit card and debit card from Dsx globals(Epayments partner). Cryptopay info is not transparent on the website, I have used the Russian number for registration and send the documents for verifying the account but they have blocked my account. After a few emails, the support team has refused the global card shipping and it is not available(AFAIK). Will be better to check it on the official thread.

Not all of them can "do" that. Current Wirex doesn't, but afaik the "new one" they already advertise will do that too. AdvCash doesn't do that. Binance, on the other hand does that nicely. So not all have such a feature, you have to read and ask around when you acquire a crypto card. I guess that at some point in future all (or almost all) will do this, though.

@Ratimov, can you also list the funding and withdrawal limits for all the cards where applicable? This will be useful information for people who want to avoid verifying themselves to get a limit increase.

spectrocoin.com only sends cards to European Economic Area countries https://spectrocoin.com/en/countries.html ( do not send cards to my country, but they put my parents on that list, I had to contact support and they will confirm that they do not send a card to my country ) OP I think you need to fix this and also from what I see there are no cards that are sent to any corner of the world (except for the paycent that uses Chinese cards)

All those services will gladly firtst take all of your verification data before letting you know that you're not eligible (the reason why all these benchmarking takes about them are awful). True, some of them may let you hold the account open with constraints on usage that render the whole service basically useless, but in no way will they let you have a debit card outside of EEA.

Dunno where the production cost is shown but am I the only one finding that 100 EUR for it is ridiculous? I know there is very few services offering more but I recommend to avoid it unless a necessity since it claims to operate in most countries. Otherwise I didn't find reviews for it, TTM stands for to the moon bank apparently

Here: https://i.ibb.co/PcZG24t/Opera-2021-01-06-083904-ttmbank-com.pnghttps://i.ibb.co/r7P3wcV/7545745745.pngYes, the price is, to put it mildly, overpriced. And also there is a restriction on some countries in terms of accepting an internal passport for passing KYC. Only international passport. I registered and tried to create an order. They require payment immediately, even before passing KYC, this is of course a little strange. Or I didn't understand something. Clear, thanks. I wasn't able to see it since I didn't register there but yeah normally you should pass KYC then you can order the card. There will be for sure people failing to pass it and they will lose their money in that way. That should be considered as a flag imo
