Is there any update on these vaporwares products declared as worldwide? Can someone who is a non-EEA citizen confirm a working card by any of the listed vendors ?

Russia and Turkey citizens have the right to a plastic or virtual card in Advcash, at least with their corresponding currency if not in Euro or USD. The remaining countries will be able to use international cards in few months "normally". There is ezzocard that offers anonymous virtual cards with huge fees and not working with every site afaik so use it at your own risk (of losing money). I made an exhaustive research and as far Advcash seems the best (future) solution for non-EEA citizens..

Advcash is good for online shopping and paying some bills, but there are very small withdrawal limits, per month for Russian citizens it is allowed to withdraw $500 only in cash. To consider it as a full-fledged crypto debit card with such restrictions has not yet been possible. Yeah I am not aware of all restrictions about withdrawal but it is usable as an online payment method which is what most people want. If someone is trying to withdraw crypto to cash, he can do it without using Advcash or other payments solutions. There is a way to send western union or moneygram or even a bank transfer from crypto to cash. I will not advertise it here since I didn't try it but it is possible to avoid those kinds of limits.

Not everything is so simple, in Russia they like to block such transfers and the only way to avoid this is to cash out the crypt through such cards. For me personally, Russian banks blocked such crypto transactions a couple of times, moreover, together with the card and the funds that were on it.
Therefore, using the methods you listed for cashing out cryptocurrency in Russia is not always safe.
Dunno how things are going on Russia but I will give you an example that I used recently. I sent few days ago the equivalent of 150 USD in bitcoin to an exchange and received ~110 USD in my Neteller balance. Obviously there was no crypto involved in this for Neteller, although it is allowed there, it was a transfer from USD to USD but the guy accepted bitcoin in exchange of USD. Same goes for bank transfer, Western Union and Moneygram, there is no crypto involved in this for authorities/banks, the guy/company exchange it as a p2p. I didn't try this latter method yet so can't guarantee it. Dunno if you understood me Ratimov. The main problem remains from where come this money and for what? You don't know the guy or the company that sent it and in exchange for what, remains the main problem... That's why I prefer to use Neteller for the moment and Advcash in the near future when international cards will be available.

It is impossible to withdraw funds without a crypto debit card. Banks block all money coming from crypto exchanges. And I'm looking for a crypto card that works in non-EU European countries. If anyone knows let me know.
I was also deceived by Paycent thieves. First, the Paycent card didn't work for me. Before that, I noticed that PayCent Union Pay card was no longer in my Paycent account. I had a certain amount of dollars on it. They kept telling me to try at other ATMs and none ATMs of them recognized the Paycent card as operational. All ATMs supported UnionPay. Then I couldn't even transfer dollars from my PayCent account to that card because it's no longer in my account. I also couldn't exchange $ in ETH and put them back in my ETH wallet because there is no such option on the Paycent app. PAY ATTENTION TO THIS - ONCE WHEN YOU SEND ETH TO A PAYCENT ACCOUNT, YOU CANNOT RETURN ETH AGAIN. I send again a few e-mails and customer support kept promising to send me back my dollars converted back to ETH. They never are. PayCent thieves. [moderator's note: consecutive posts merged]

If you think you are scammed or that a service didn't kept its word then I think you have to report it in the scam accusations sub with proofs (screenshot of msg, email...)

AFAIK, none of the mentioned cards offer virtual cards (not anymore at least) except for AdvCash (EU customers) and GetSpendl (worldwide). Therefore, I don't really think that's a property worth adding.

KYC looks mandatory at some points...

It may worth mentioning that Wirex is ending the current VISA cards and started sending out their new MasterCard. In theory the fees will be different too. And it may worth adding to the list OWNR prepaid VISA card, and maybe their "coming soon" virtual card too.

What is that you mean by soft exactly? Entering your credentials without the need of sending your documents? If so, I'm afraid none of the services on this list has that.

I apologize for the late response but as I said before I'm afraid none of the services listed here offers that. If you don't mind using prepaid (non-reloadable) cards then you can check Coinsbee, they offer VCCs (up to 1000$) but make sure to read the warnings first, users have reported some issues with the cards before.

Hey Omega, are you aware/using any service that offers a reloadable virtual card (with crypto of course) for most countries? Something like Advcash, which unfortunately is still limited for a region for quite long time now.. In the list I can't find an attractive one.

Have you checked OMNR? They were supposed to release a virtual card. If they haven't yet, it should be soon. Same thing applies for Advcash, I believe they're planning to go worldwide soon.

AdvCash are planning that for about a year, I think. That means that it can happen "any time now" or in years (unfortunately). Also keep an eye on their new inactivity fees.

Link to OMNR?? Dunno why I failed to find anything related to it! I saw you were asking about getspendl in the past but it doesn't seem to be fully working? There isn't any update from them in Bitcointalk from a year now... For Advcash, it doesn't seem their card will be available before Q3? 2021 imo..
