CateDoge build instructions for linux

For debian or ubuntu:

A conf file will be automatically created when you run the catedoge-qt for windows or linux and mac (both coming soon). Which will contain initial seed node.

SHA3 was not included in the list. Unfortunately. ones included in the list were already used many times. one that stands out of the others was X11. Which my team mates did not agree to go with.

While more people posted on here that its better to go with SHA3.
As per bitcointalk. You cant delete a poll for the sake of history. So the poll will stay there. And we'll have to live with it
