Why most of us are losing money in sports betting?

I find two reasons for the losing on sports betting. By the time it is true that sports betting has got higher winning percentage compared to casinos.

• Most of the time gamblers have the mentality to bet on the higher odds. It is evident opponent has the highest chance of winning based on stats and team power, but the odd selection made on luck out of winning big causes loss.
• Everytime the gambler experience a loss, he/she tries to recover the loss on the consecutive match. Here the important thing, the odds were selected on luck as they don't have any information about the players and the team. This game is being played only to recover the loss happened in the previous game. Here the luckiest win while others continue losing.

I don't know what the reason for the other players' losses is. You may have named one of them.

If they can have knowledge about many sports and that info is valid, they will have a chance to win.

But if you are after the winning, then you should bet on winnable team. This could be through thorough research starting from athletes to the whole team performances. Personal preferences is different from winnable team IMHO. I agree that sometimes, even we bet on the best teams still we lose. Games performances/scores changes  unexpectedly.

I can feel the drama here because i Myself is also a Sports betting loser (Most of the time)

Maybe because i am too confident and not looking for the real score instead i believe the team or the fighters that i am betting for.

But these days i studying NFL since i want to change favorite game,i'm enough of basketball and Boxing.

In terms of lack of information, a lot of people are not giving care to the health of the players and to the chemistry of the whole team; most of them are just betting because of their guts without conviction. Over confidence can be a factor when it comes to losing wherein you keep making bets without analyzing the game itself first. I remembered that I bet in the boxing match between Deontay Wilder vs Tyson Fury, I'm over confident that Deontay Wilder will win but my prediction is wrong and I suffered huge losses. Overconfidence can sometimes bad so we should just be a humble gambler.

Most means, most of the bettors, and that includes even those who make their research in gambling.

That's the reality, not because we are doing the right research we will easily win, still majority of us struggle and only few are really gifted with the skills or talent that they can use in sports betting, one obvious evidence is the sports betting industry are growing in a significant increase.

actually it does not only Gambler but also sports lover,because this area of gambling requires knowledge and familiarity and you can just have this doing research.
you must know the team and the players,and also must know their opponent in estimating what would be the outcome.

Frankly speaking checking your past records and making new strategies will never help. Yes checking your records and profit/loss will help you maintain the loses you are having in the casino and sportsbook and help you control the flow of money but it cannot help you win more in sports or even casino games.

Minimizing losing is depends on the tarstegy that you use but also sometimes in luck, even the startegy that you use in every game or bet you do maybe will not sure if it's minimize the losing but the good with that is you do your best to not lose your money. Remember that gambling the high probablity to lose is very high compared to winning so control yourself in playing gambling because if you are greedy trust me you will not win.
