Well, to be honest, I think I quite understand the other poster better, which is that judging and comparing this prediction option with the other options available on the platform, this one has the best chances of being true.

This  is to say that, bitcoin has a better chances of remaining in the $60k and above range, than it has the chances of going below it, in fact and personally, I will also choose the "bitcoin above $60,000" option if I was to go on this platform to bet on the price of bitcoin, I personally believe that Bitcoin may likely not go below $60k again, atleast not this year anymore.

You may be right, but you may be wrong too. BTC can swing upwards towards $80K or downwards towards $55K in a matter of minutes which is why this is still a risky bet.

From my observation BTC will experience an increase, technically BTC's Head & Shoulder for bullish is very beautiful and it is possible to support the bullish trend, then the US election is getting closer will be something very big to catalyze the increase in bitcoin price more positive than the decline, a decline to the price of $60k can happen if something big happens to the world and can shake the market, it is difficult to predict, it is better not to bet on a decline first.

I still believe it is fairly an "easy" bet when you compare it to other markets who could find in this platform, in my opinion, the price of Bitcoin is indeed unpredictable but it tends to follow some patterns which could be taken advantage of for some smart bettor to pocket some money.
It would also depends on when the market closes and does not further allow new people to bet on it, those who bet closer to the deadline would certainly have an advantage to those who decide to bet in a way or the other a month before the bet resolves and shows a definitive result.
Also, December usually is a month in which consumerism increases, so people need to have money in their pockets to buy gifts and food for their family members, it would not be surprising if traders started to close their positions and Bitcoin started to go down by the middle of November. Though, the results of the presidential election in the USA will also have some effect on it...

Good point about December. I usually observe the market becoming bearish during the Dec-Jan season due to the reasons that you outlined. The election will probably have a negligible effect on BTC if you ask me.

By the way, I also adhere to the opinion that BTC will not change too much in price immediately after the results of the US elections become known. Of course, we should expect some kind of short-term artificial change in the rate, but in the long term it seems that the price of bitcoin will not really depend on the results of who wins. And this is a natural point of view that none of the candidates, despite their flirtations with bitcoin and cryptocurrency enthusiasts, will take any serious actions to accelerate the adoption of bitcoin and cryptocurrencies after becoming President.
And this is probably worth considering when you bet on Futuur in those bets that are related to cryptocurrencies and financial issues.

That didn't last long as Donald Trump's chances were again raised to 53%. I too think that the news has a direct impact on the odds but currently everywhere Trump is considered as favorite though I don't think there is much different between 53% and 46%.

Pretty much is not about them helping Bitcoin or the cryptocurrency ecosystem in a meaningful way, they are going to get forced into setting very competitive play rules for cryptocurrency to thrive in the United States, because they know that this is not a local market they can regulate at their will and whim, this is a global market which moves billions of dollars per day, and a country like the USA willfully isolating itself from such volume of money would be foolish and it could only be translated in a losing advantage to competitive countries which will use Blockchain technology to move their money faster, with less fees and without the concern on international sanction being imposed by a big player.
I am bad at predictions when comes to the market, so I will not participate in Futuur for any of that.
Even if consumerism increases in November-December, there are still chances to see some upward movement.

Well, that's your personal choice but may I know the reason for supporting Harris (as you are betting on her) ?

Generally speaking, if you're a crypto lover you would be supporting Trump and also generally if you want peace in the world, Trump would be a better choice. Also I remember that when Trump won the US election in late 2016, we had a magnificent bull run in 2017. Who knows what may happen this time if Trump is elected again.

I have seen some speculation on some markets about that margin Kamala alledgedly has over Trump and in most cases the sources are polls. I have more confidence on the betting markets than polls, since people out their money where their mouth is.
Though, I can agree it is a possible for people to over-estimate the chances Donald Trump has in winning this election all of it being based on memes and empty hype on social media. I wonder if there could be people out there who could consistently make money off this election betting by keeping trumps odds higher than they are in reality, if so then it could be an explanation why polls and betting markets are so far away from one another at first glance.
Keeping my eye as the first results will start to come out and real odds seems to actually show in the screens of all people in the world.
