Please reach out via the opened support ticket to let us know if you are having any issues. It is just difficult to track support related requests on a public forum. Also, to more directly answer your question, This order #2323 was provisioned on the 14th which is the day that the order was placed.

Can only custom software for this miner be used, or can cgminer be used?
Can any pool be used with the custom software?

Just a friendly note about hosting. Many customer have already been upgraded, but the new blade is just not added to the UI. Please check your pool before assuming its not up. If you do not see the hashing power. then PLEASE email us and will address it: support@gawminers.com

Just wanted to give my feedback on GAW.  There was some misunderstanding when I ordered my blade but after speaking with Joe and his team everything got solved and I was hashing the day they told me.  They do respond to all your requests but with all the promos they are running I'm sure they are swapped.  Definitely one of the most responsive mining companies I've dealt with and will be buying more from them.
