Hi Everyone, thanks for you patience.

As you an imagine, its a mad house here getting ready to ship our first miners Smiley

Being that the estimated ship date on the 80MH/s is tomorrow, can you confirm you'll be able to follow through on this now?

has anobody done the math on how the big gun 100Mhs scrypt compares to the 1Ths btc miner?
my guess is that profitability "hopes" are much better on the big gun, though the initial cost is a few times more
gaw sells the 1T miner for 2800 and the big gun for 12k...too busy with work, so no neurons left to solve this math problem

Will there be some less expansive (slower) A2 option soon, I would like to upgrade my The Black Widow hosted 13 MH/S then if possible?

has anobody done the math on how the big gun 100Mhs scrypt compares to the 1Ths btc miner?
my guess is that profitability "hopes" are much better on the big gun, though the initial cost is a few times more
gaw sells the 1T miner for 2800 and the big gun for 12k...too busy with work, so no neurons left to solve this math problem
4x 1Ths Units, almost same price as Big Gun 100Mhs.

4Ths SHA256 ~$130/day
100Mhs Scrypt ~$195/day

100Mhs Scrypt > 4Ths SHA256

Rough numbers, not taking into account difficulty changes, BTC market fluctuations or electricity costs.
thanks, those are good numbers to start with, though i'd like to speculate that scrypt mining may change more abruptly, so the 130 for sha256 may be more likely to stay there longer, whereas the 195 for scrypt may drop considerably if the difficulty shoots up...it may also go up as altcoins could gain momentum...all speculation of course Cheesy

Four 1TH bitcoin miners don't add up to one Big Gun in price, even at 2.6k (GAW price). And 2.6k is way too much, you can get the same AntMiner directly from Bitmain for a lot less. Also consider the delivery date of the Big Gun, which is indefinite right now since it seems to have disappeared from the website Smiley, whereas AntMiner will ship in two days, and there are other SHA256 miners shipping now too. Don't spoil a possibly good point with bad math.

I was right there with you until you decided to be a smartass at the end. I was taking his 2.8k number for the 1th miner. You had a good point about the delivery date.

You seemed to have missed a very important part of my post. So I have quoted, bolded, underlined and italicized it for you to make it easier to see.

It's 2,595 on GAW site, and I'm not being a smartass, sorry if it seemed that way. I'm actually saying you have a good point, it's just the ratio is probably not 130/195, depending on if/when you think Big Gun will be back in stock. Think about it this way: every day you wait for your miner to arrive you're losing $195. That has a huge impact on profitability and ROI. The most profitable day in mining is today.

When did you place the order? I know I ordered the A2 for delivery listed as expected available on the 20th, but it has not changed from "awaiting fulfillment." I placed order early morning 19th. I understand if there is high volume and I'm further down the line, but over delivering for some and under delivering for others when .3 bitcoins a day is on the line seems slightly unfair. It could already be in the mail but the site has not updated that information. I know I talked to support and they said 1 to 2 days from now, but knowing that someone has their order fulfilled on the 20th when expected fulfillment is the 21st makes me feel slightly cheated. Also wish there was an overnight delivery option, haha.

I placed my order within seconds of the A2 hitting their website on the 16th. I had to be the first in line. They will get your order done, you are further down the line. Also, my miner was hosted, not shipped. Huge difference in delivery method here. Hosted miners will probably always be delivered before shipped miners because of transit times involved.

Hey Guys, we had a few fraud A2 orders we had to sort though. So the shipped ones will go out tomorrow. I have ordered them to be priority (1-3 day) instead of ground to make it up Smiley

Awesome! Great to get a nice response. You guys appear to be doing a great job considering the increase in interest/volume/craziness in general. Thank you again.

preorders are brutal. = fact.

so many issues above and beyond all the other risks of coins.

I am not going to order just yet .  First I want to read about the prime project.  Second  if I do not want the prime project  I will want a 13mh miner.  I also want to see how they work.    I really would like a better way to mine. I have made a few bucks  but I constantly bring gear in mine it for a bit sell it on ebay or private sales here.  Very small margins on the resale of the gear.  If I sell 10 grid seeds I get a free one for mining .  This is a lot of work.  In a way I wish the new gear would come out more slowly.  So that my current gear could mine for 4 months or 6 months before I move it out.
