On paper, Argentina will qualify for the group winners although the match will be the one that will decide it, as well as France which on paper will qualify as group winners, Brazil, Germany also have the same thing. if the four candidates qualify and enter the semi-finals this will greatly add to the excitement of the Qatar world cup event.  And once again I support and believe that Argentina will win the title this time.

I don't even remember when Argentina last became champions at the World Cup. They have a lot of good players in the team, but for some reason they are not able to show great achievements. Turns out it was in 1986. Looks like a long time ago and it is a long time ago if you look at it with years, but also it's not that frequent to have winners, it's not like we have a world cup every single season. Hence, I think it's understandable and not weird.

Argentina still doens't look like they will win to me though. Like I get it, they have been good for a while and won their own cup, but that doesn't directly mean they will win this neither, there could have been a few european teams there which would have won if they were in another continent. So, I am guessing France could be the best team ever above all these teams, and they could end up getting the cup.

I watched Russia in the World Cup qualifiers because they were in a group with Croatia.
Realistically, it is a national team of average quality, which managed to win second place in the group and additional qualifications with a lot of luck.
Even if they had been given the opportunity to participate in additional qualifications, I don't think they would have qualified for the world championship.
From what I've seen, Ukraine is a better team than Russia and it's a pity for them that they won't be playing in the World Cup.

Ukraine is better than Russia in football overall but this doesn't have anything to do with which team should qualify or not. Italy is way better than Wales and we know what happened... Mixing politics with sport was sanctioned before 2022 then everything changed suddenly. I understand sanctioning someone or a team supporting the war but sanctioning a whole nation for something done by politicians is kinda abusive.

I said, I idolized some Argentinian stars from time to time. i agree that argentina doesn't have many stars but you have to remember there are a lot of argentina players who play in the european league, the european continent has much greater potential it can be justified seeing the development of european football is more complex than latin america, but we will find out after the world cup begins.

Argentina is not an absolutely bad team right now. They are also not one of the best, I can say that they are a good team. But I am I'm not sure about the defensive lineup of Argentina right now. I know that they can attack well but in the defense, I don't think they are very reliable. There are a lot of better teams in this world cup playing compared to Argentina. But I would really like to say Argentina gets the world cup this time because it is going to be the last World Cup for Lionel Messi. I also hope for a good performance from Dybala.

There are many governmental stuff when we go towards lower level nations as well. I have seen it in my own nation, and I have seen it in some other nations as well. When it goes and becomes a huge nation that plays to win, that gets lower of course but still not zero, there are still some team politics and real life politics impact as well. In the end, I believe big teams are big for a reason and we probably already know the winner.

It is between 3-4 teams and maybe 1-2 other teams could have a smaller say in it, that's about it. Whatever else happens with other teams doesn't matter, they will lose anyway, I never seen an unexpected team win world cup before, doubt we will ever see it.

A lot of people always try to keep politics out of sports but we all know that it does not happen. Sports are often mixed with politics.  and that does not generally bring good results for any sports. If you just look at the players we will be able to understand how each team can play in the world cup. I remember in the last World Cup that I said  France has a really good squad and they will be able to win the World Cup in my opinion. and that did end up happening. this time also France looks to be the best team.

Russia is definitely better than a number of other countries in the world championship. On the other hand, they obviously don't have any significant role when it comes to the championship. And they can't beat the top 10 countries either. Russia would be good to maybe survive the group, but after that it would be the end of the story. The same goes for Ukraine, by the way. Of course it sucks for the Russian nation and the Russian football players, some of them have never been allowed to participate in a World Cup. The next opportunity will be the European Championship in 2 years. France and Brazil have real world players in both teams. But Brazil in particular has been very disappointed in the last 20 years and has not won 1 title. Bizarre.

From next world cup onwards, AFC will be allotted 8 slots in the world cup. I have already posted this one. Russia should try to move from UEFA to AFC, as the former has become too politically charged. Irrespective of whatever benefits they get by remaining in UEFA (in terms of funds and exposure), I am sure that they will be in a more comfortable position and will be treated fairly if they move to the AFC. Culturally they are close to Europe, but then they have strong ties with the Asian continent as well.

Last world cup for both Messi and Ronaldo. Both of their respective teams would give 100% in to it. But then, the European teams (England, France, Germany, Spain, Netherlands.etc) can be tough opponents. I don't think that Ronaldo winning the cup for Portugal is a possible scenario. But still have hopes for Argentina. No guarantee here, but at least I can say that the current Argentine team is the best they had sent to the world cup in the last three decades. I can't say the same about any of the teams that I mentioned in this post.

I include England. They have a much better team than they've had in recent years. I even believe they will surprise a lot. I'm not saying they'll win, but at least they'll go far.

The England team has been pretty solid this year. there will be many surprises in the world cup Qatar. I still support Brazil. a lot of star players on the team, and I hope they can play better than in the qualifiers.
not to mention the dark horse team from Asia. this year it looks like quite a lot of Asian representatives. and it can provide a lot of surprises for the big favorites.

Brazil and Argentina are undoubtedly the two strongest candidates from South America to reach the championship. It will be a pleasure for us to watch Messi and Ronaldo in this tournament. A world cup wouldn't be fun without the two of them. One of my favorite things is the colorful versions of the fans. Brazilian fans are so hot.  They give a lot of support for their country. A country that has always won my sympathy. I hope they will be the winner.

it seems you forgot i was going to tell you in 2014 argentina entered the final with germany.

You can see the changes that have occurred. thus argentina is in its best form. one important note in my opinion, the argentina squad almost all play in the european league, and messi will give his best game because this is his last international competition.

The Argentina team now has several talented players. So Argentina will now not only rely on Messi to score goals. Moreover, Argentina's defense is now more stable and strong than in the past. If they can maintain consistency, Argentina can reach the semi-final or the final.

France has plenty of star players. But their overall performance is poor. The main reason for this is that their match strategy is not good. At the same time, France faced problems scoring goals due to the lack of understabding between Benzema and Mbappe.

There are plenty of talented players in the Brazil squad. However, their performance is unpredictable. Brazil is a very strong team with Neymar in the squad. But his fitness is not good.

Currently, if we cut out from these teams for hot favorite surely no doubt Argentina is one of the best team in current shape, and they can do much better than we are having on papers about them most of the players are having good experience of playing in UEFA and as unit they are also in good shape with now they are not relaying on Messi for goals he just can assist them for having their chances which is good recently they won Copa América which is also good.

After Argentina, we have second favorite team is also from South America mean Brazil which is also having few very talented players and all in good touch with having good experience of playing with each other recently their performance is also not bad at all with this all most chances these two teams are at top of their game with having challenge from France, Germany and Portugal.
