I think both Las Vegas and Macau have a big fan of gambling, but we don't know for sure how big the fan. Both Las Vegas and Macau makes a lot of money from gambling, and that makes two places will be a heaven for the gamblers. But still, there is no valid info or data that will show the biggest places that gamble the most because the data or info will always change. Maybe in the next year, that list can change as the government gives the casino a chance to reopen their business.

Las Vegas is awesome, it's always such a great trip and vacation. I haven't been to Macau yet but I want to check it out after all the corona madness is over. In terms of online casinos the data might change easily, because people can switch around to other casinos very quickly. But seeing new cities such as Las Vegas or Macau is not very realistic I believe, because it takes a huge infrastructure to support such a gambling environment. You need fancy hotels, a good airport, nice restaurants and shops. Going to Vegas is not only about gambling, but also about all the goodies around it, like great dinners, awesome pool parties, nice clubs, etc.

The biggest surprise to me is that the UK is not listed. I would have seen the British far ahead. I've lived in the UK for half a year and I can say that the Brits are crazy about gambling, especially when it comes to betting. But the evaluation is a little misleading. It's about losses. At betting, a win is usually offset by a loss and thus the average loss (if you offset the winnings) is significantly lower. It would be interesting how much money is wagered when betting. I think second one makes more sense. In a nation where median income is top 5 with 2 states that have legit just gambling, where las vegas is known all around the world as the biggest entertainment place in the entire world and also casino capital of the world, to say that USA is not top 1 would be weird.

Plus macau is huge and all the Chinese rich people go there and they actually spend their gambling period there since it is harder for them to take their money out of country and gamble away in some american casino, hence they all pick macau and considering how big china is, their wealthy people spend a lot there too. This is true, gambling is really just composed with winners and losers but we know that there are more losers than winners plus the house edge then its really impossible for you to be profitable

One of my thoughts too on where they havent included USA to consider that Las Vegas is there and its impossible for it not to be included on the list.

I am lucky not to live in one of the countries mentioned on the list...
These countries definitely legalize gambling which results in the players not being able to think about their losses, surely the psychological impact and also household harmony will be affected because of gambling there.

I think America is the country with the most gambling activities, because Las Vegas is the best place in the world to play gambling.
Even though I have never played gambling in Las Vegas, I can find out about it from articles on the internet, videos on YouTube and
several Hollywood movies with many themes of gambling in Las Vegas. Maybe from the list of countries mentioned in the opening post,
