In my opinion, Ripple because the XRP market cap has increased even XRP has shifted Ethereum from the second place before. XRP is likely to rise past Ethereum in terms of its moves and performance
ripple won't be the next ethereum. the coin with the most volatility of any altcoin, and too many speculators to make the ripple market look bad. it is difficult for ripple to match the success of ethereum, after all in terms of the concept of ripple is very different from ethereum. ethereum is a special project, although it has many unresolved problems, ETH is still fully supported by the community. so are there any other coins like this one? I don't think there will ever be again. |

Ethereum is Ethereum, so maybe there will be no next into Ethereum. But some of the style or the interface of the ETH could possible be
copy by some other coins. Because if some of us here will compare it to EOS, TRX, or Binance they are all actually differ to one another and had their own special features for sure.

Obviously there can only be one ETH but if taken in the context of who will take over.... I believe without question Elrond (EGLD). Do your research before you state that a coin is on Eth platform. Please stop this kind of topic. There's no point discussing who will be the next Ethereum. Since a few years ago, there have been discussions like this and a lot of tokens and coins have been said to be the next Ethereum.
But not any of them did follow the path of Ethereum.

Tron is pretty good in terms of transaction speed as well as transaction fees, but I'm not sure that TRON is able to keep up with the scaleability that ethereum offers. still a big homework for ethereum because the busy network makes them delay long in transactions, and the gas fee is quite high. but i think tron is still not enough to beat ethereum |

No coin will be the next etherum; no coin is going to be the next etherum. Etherum will remain etherum and other tokens will be other tokens. The only accepted comparison is when you compare their functionalities, scalability and their transactions per seconds amongst other features. The closest to Etherum in my opinion is the Waves platform. |

Lol Similar like i have been seen many token about this. Anyway Ethereum is always best and there is no token that can occupy the position of ethereum. In fact, the position of btc and eth is always high and we have been seeing it for a long time. Also i don't think any other token can change their location in the future. |

There are no coins at the moment because their platform isn't as popular as ETH. We will wait many more years to find a new coin capable of beating ETH. There is no need to wait for that, because ETH is already much more useful than new tokens whose platforms are not well known at all, so what I am amazed at is why the OP asked such a question, did he not see most new tokens using the platform from ETH. |

Hmm, I think your question is a little vague. The better question would have been if there's any other coin that might be able to match ETH 2.0.
I think the next best coin to ETH is of course ETH 2.0, but if you were to speak in absolute terms I'd then tend to say maybe Polkadot. The reason for this is because I think Dot has the potential but keeping all things the same, I still don't think DOT will be able to compete with ETH 2.0

He only asked about potential coins like ethereum which are doing well. There may be coins born from the ethereum network that will make it big.
but if I see potential, I'm interested in TWT and CTSI. I don't recommend it but this is just my interest and still in my study process.
Hopefully your studies can be very good for the future, so why don't you dare to make recommendations to others about the two tokens? aren't those two tokens also a very good token to have? |

Since there are just FOUR coins that is supported by.my local wallet (namely BTC, ETH, XRP, BCH) i would prefer XRP. Ive been using this before for instant transaction and also there is really small amount spend for the transaction fee. The only problem with it is that, the price is so sudden to Change. You can gain a big amount of money on an instant and also can lose all your money on an instant. So XRP is not preferable to be a storage of fund. |
