The Op was right! December 2020 was the best time to take position in altcoin and as we can see down the line, many altcoin did amazingly well! Ethereum went up to $4000, BNB went to $600 from $30 and quite a lots of altcoin like etc, xrp, and ADA all did well! As it is right now, Bitcoin is falling and it may fall further down so, one need to wait to see the best time to take position on alt!

I agree on that if we buy last December we can have a lot of profit today even if bitcoin and some altcoins are now dropping but it's price still at high position, and I think to those who didn't buy altcoin last December today is the best day to buy for some good altcoins today are dropping.

That's right and we also don't have to be sorry if we didn't buy last December,
what is clear is that the opportunity to make a profit is very much so there is no need to worry,
and indeed by looking at the current conditions in my opinion this is the right time to buy, but it comes down to individual decisions

The market is stretching, so this could be the right time to take a bottom price on both bitcoin and altcoin. The big investors are playing their part to take advantage of this situation, the idiots are panicking because their assets have gone down.

This is the bottom for altcoins, not for bitcoin yet, I'm sure many people think that bitcoin is still bullish,

YES, this is the best time for if you just wanna start to invest in Altcoins,
because all of altcoins's price are falling down significantly, so this is the best time to buy tight now, so that you can earn proft as many as possible after the price is going back to normal.

The BTC has made history today  and broke its all time high record. It is currently trading around $ 20500 to 20600. BTC Dominance Index is around 65% which is very High. I personally think that it is the Right time to take entry in Good Alt coins ( Ranking from 2 to 20 on coinmarketcap). I believe that History of 2017 will be repeated soon. We will soon witness Huge rally in Alts. It should happen when BTC will stabilize around current levels and BTC dominance Index comes down to below 60%.

if you missed the chance in December last year , then now is your time to Buy .. Look at the red market this is a perfect chance of getting your altcoins because anytime now there will be a reverse situation and you will again regret that opportunity.

I dont think it will happen, Also COVID funds from the government will come soon and be used as crypto investment funds again for many people who receive it.

If we will talk about dips, every bull market history in crypto has a lot of dips. 2017-2018 bull run has a total of 9 dips before totally became bear market. I am not sure if how many dips this 2021 bull run. A lot of whales, big players and experts are speculating that btc will reach $50k - $100k before this year ends but before it will happen, there should be a big dump first and that dump will be the reason of huge bounce back of btc as well as crypto market as a whole.

Well said. Most of the Technical  Gurus are predicating that BTC might dip to 24K before it pulls back but what I have experienced that BTC whales  move BTC in opposite direction  what generally people are predicting. Since more than a week BTC is hovering between 34K to 38K and its next move would be upward or downwards that remains to be seen. Since BTC Dominance Index is on lower side (41.5%) and BTC is side ways so I think we should take entry in good alts coins with buy on dip strategy but it is not financial advice. DYOR

True. We should do cherry picking and invest in coin those have potential to regain their price which was back in April-21 and you said it very rightly that BNB, Polka DOT and ETH are at very good price now to take entry and they will certainly perform once BTC goes Bullish. I also agree that altcoins price will also pump up in this month, especially for ethereum. The price of ethereum is at red zone after ATH $3.8 at the mid of May. So this will be great opportunity to invest in altcoins such as ethereum and top ten alts in coinmarketcap.

I agree with you that the market is recovering and investing in top altcoins will yield better results. Even so, I still think there is one more drop to see the market from another phase, for me btc and eth are still my favorite picks in this market.

The market is fluctuating still and BTC is moving inside the 34k to 40k price range and every time it pumps or dumps, alts suffer. Frankly speaking, traders need to worry about where they are trying to enter into a coin and what might be its next step because its hard to predict anything right now.

Absolutely right. Market conditions are not conducive to take entry right now until the BTC price becomes stable. Whatever Technical analysis we do before taking entry in any crypto coin , one tweet of Elon Musk will destroy all your trading plan as it happened this morning. To be on safer side it is good habit to use Stop-loss before taking any position in the market, it is important component of Risk/Money Management.

Damn right yet I appreciated all of that change. I realize it ain't simple to settle on any choice in this market. You understand that market volume is decreasing because most people that actually trade have been saving up or stay away. The investment is for the experience. You can go sideways, like market goes up make money and market goes down still make money. It's dependent upon you.
