Does Trading have an advantage over investing??

Okay so people keep saying holding is more important and things like its better because if you hold, you pay less in taxes because of long term capital gains.


However, what if the crypto or stock increases like 50% or even double in a few days time or weeks time etc?  Yea so you are paying a lot in taxes if you trade... but if you wait for a year or longer, now you could have no gains or just 5% gain.  Whereas you trade for a few days and make 50%... sure you pay a lot in short term capital gains... but if after a year, the gain is only 5%, well you made more trading than holding.

For me, Trading is more profitable for short term, but investing for long term is also good and with higher return if your investment is good. Actually, it depends on what you want and depends on your knowledge and capital. Trading is more risky but if you are knowledgeable in trading then it will give you a good return. I agree, both sides have their advantages but if you do have enough money to invest splitting between or allocating funds for both long and short-term is the best action to take.

You can split between day trading and long-term investing, it's  a matter of how good your knowledge within this venue of investment.

For those who have skills, they can see every opportunities. Buying low and hold it for long-term or it's also possible to rinse just the
same, buy low then sell when the value rises up, collecting decent amount of profits to add for your initial investment.

Of course it would be sensible to you on making out investment when you do still have money to spare on doing so because diversifying into several businesses could really give out advantage over into those people who don't have make out any steps.

It is just a matter of on how you do divide out your time and resources and how you do well on dividing up your time to make it more efficient.

Of course it wont really be success from time to time but you wont really able to know if you wont try and not all would really means success.

Trading is more profitable than investing just like buying and selling of goods, making profits or loses every time transactions are made.  Trading gives daily returns without waiting for long duration of time or waiting for centuries for profit to be made.
Both trading and investing has their own affiliated risks that are involved in the market.

As my experience investing will be always going to give big profits then trading. Trading is also good but for a very experienced traders. It is very difficult, because you have to take into account the skills that the person has as a trader, when talking about fortune, the best thing for me is investment, but in this case with so much market uncertainty, it is best to diversify in other markets or in Real Estate, of course, the investment is superior as long as the money that is destined does not have to be used for any eventuality, and that you have to wait as long as necessary until you obtain a profit.

The good investor has patience, in crypto most stages such as accumulation usually last around 3 to 4 years, currently I think that the accumulation stage is over, and that we are experiencing the bullisu trend stage, of course one cannot rule out re-accumulation, but it's all a matter of waiting. In general terms for me, if you have enough money, the investment is much better, in the case of BTC the HODL.

You can never say that unless if you are lucky enough that every day the market gives you a favor. Maybe you are right in saying that trading is more profitable but you can't deny also the risk inside which is the reason why many people who try trading went losing their money after.

I agree with your claim but that's the thrill of trading, you never know if your trade is going to make you money or not also a bad trade will only happen if you are stupid enough to trade without any knowledge about the coin that you are trading or you didn't do any analysis. Hmmm. Both are ways to earn profit so basically there is an advantage on each one. All profit generating activities has always a risk since it's not job with a regular wage. There's a lot of different elements on how you will earn profit and how much but as you stated, Strategy plays a big role for that. The advantage of trading was you can earn for a short period of time while investing is for long run. On the other hand, The advantage of investing was you can earn in the future while leaving your investment and continue the job you are doing.

Indeed both has risk and profitable but this depends on our plan and strategy. Some people are earning huge on trading because they take time learning on how it works to execute a good result. It is also an advantage if you know how to make a TA because thats how you can predict the next move to do for the coins that you're planning to buy or sell.

On the other side investing is less stressful (atleast for me) because you're not often monitoring the market and has a plan on when to take profit base on the market's situation. Yes trading has some extra benifit than investing. Well invest has one option to generate profit which we have to hold until the price up and we reached our goal but trading has some extra features like we can generate profit by trading not only that we can also generate profit no matter market gose up or down.  Trading has this best option no matter what is market condition? So how's your day trading going? I guess you're making a lot from it. Although the definition of being lucky is commonly used in gambling, there are also traders that have been also telling and asking the same thing.

You're not lucky if you're withdrawing daily. That means that you're good with your trades and that reflects your analysis and decision making as you trade.
