It's amazing, the case you experienced is almost the same as what I experienced in the past when at that time I was just learning about crypto, but my friends said I was crazy because they thought I was chasing a job that had no results, but once there as a result they even wanted to study with me, but I just ignored them.

I can tell that it almost every crypto enthusiasts and investors experienced the same thing from the people we love at some point and that's because they don't understand the Bitcoin technology so ignoring them when they later understand the importance of Bitcoin is not good cause if you teach them the community is going broader and the more they invest the higher the market price.

And i think many people come to crypto is good for cryptocurrency itself, the more people the more money come into the circulation (new people = new money). I remember there were many people joining crypto in 2017 back then, when the hype of bitcoin and cryptocurrency were happening.

I agree, the number of investors in bitcoins is probably highly correlated to the price. The higher the bitcoin price the more investors are interested and would like to own some coins. And vice versa, once prices are falling investors become scared and sell too fast. Also once money is lost it is likely to avoid bitcoins in the future, while if we hear people making a lot of money, we want a part of the cake.
