And i think many people come to crypto is good for cryptocurrency itself, the more people the more money come into the circulation (new people = new money). I remember there were many people joining crypto in 2017 back then, when the hype of bitcoin and cryptocurrency were happening.
Now your parents know that become professional in cryptocurrency is more profitable than other jobs.  

It is a good thing to think for, being a cryptocurrency professional. I mean you are earning good money just by doing cryptocurrency and you are just investing and selling and then doing day trading and then some graphics bounties at the same time. It is a good job if you ask me. Sadly, not everybody has the time and most especially the patience to do those things and become a full time cryptocurrency professional. You need to invest not just money but also the time and the energy to do all this and the patience here is also a key factor in making this a reality, because if you are not patient, then you might make bad trading and investing decisions that will lead to loss of money.

It's not just about money. If something bad happened to the crypto market that would not give such growth, your venture could fail. However, parental advice "to become someone" does not look so bad in general if you look at it in the format "if I can do something and I like it, I will be happy." It is always nice to have an occupation that brings you both pleasure and money. Perhaps your pursuit is a cryptocurrency hold.

Some people will change their stance once they see the market is red, and mostly for newcomers in this market.

Well people only jump in when the opportunity of earning money is already there. The sudden flow of new crypto users happened on bull runs where people talk about crypto more often. In the past Bullrun like in 2017, I have many friends who got interested and tried using crypto for profits but when the correction happened, Most of them stop using it and totally abandon it. But on this year's bull run, Most of them got back and shocked by the recent crypto prices. My friend regrets abandoning crypto for years and I think this can result for them to use even when the bear market comes.

Yeah, I the for the most of them, it is the believe that this kind of profits could be made from just simply hodling some certain type of cryptocurrencies and boom there is profit and besides lets not forget that this interest has become more after the last 2017 bull market.

Different people have different views - some got encourage into crypto just because they see a friend or a social media post bragging (well some might have the caption "not to brag but to inspire") and they want to have same opportunity - some of these continue risking their last cents some even borrow money hoping to profit soon but others just stop when they know there's no assurance they will profit in crypto and at worst case scenario their capital might lose. Same with people who already engaged in crypto there are some who never lose faith and just close their eyes during fall and celebrate during bullrun and others have weaker hand who will just dump their asset when they see markets are red. Yes I knew someone on the same situation. Well in my case, it is my old friend and my cousin that ask me to teach them on how this thing goes. Before, I taught one of my cousin about this forum and how to make money in here. She really make money last 2017 and I think up to 2018 but she is not active in this forum the last time I checked. Maybe she only trades without my knowledge or maybe she really stopped. Now back on my friend and another cousin, I can only teach them on where to trade, how to deposit money in trading and how to withdraw. The rest, I am letting them to discover it on there own. Ok but what kind of knowledge do you need? You need to know two things most importantly: first is crypto can go up like rocket to the moon. Second is crypto can go down like a rock. The rest is less about trading, but rather why crypto is important to society in general. If you understand that you can make more informed judgments whether you think a cryptocurrency is cheap or overvalued, but even then it is difficult to have your decisions being on point.
