First Sunday without series after 11 Sundays (including those that were not played) so even if one does not play the weekend,  wants to know how the results were... so in the nostalgia of not having series, summary of the HUH:

For reasons of 2.5MB, the poker hands from CCwatcher420 do not appear, my apologies for that. In the first, their pair of 88s succumb before the As and then as the last sigh a pair of JJ that are beautiful to rise from the ashes, after the previous play, surely result in an expressive cry of "·" "$$ ·"% ".

I'll update some things at least before BPS:V#3 or V#5 or why not !! a new version (V#1- Hb???).

If we could get a list of interested players that will actually show up most weeks, I would try to put together a 3rd series from Betnomi. I don't know that they will be interested in 7-9 player games as it's really not helping their platform much.

Im definitely committed to play if there is a 3rd series in Betnomi and will show up unless something important happen ( So far none ) . Exactly 9 would be nice, 1 full table is good enough

I have the impression that most players everywhere are like that. They learn how to play poker from Daniel Negreanu, Tom Dwan and the likes, and that's why their game involves a lot of bluffing,

If you want to bluff, you will need to make it believable. For example if the board is dry ( not connecting ) then the only bluff would be highest pair, two pairs or a set but if you are in position but you checked twice then it is highly unlikely for you to have anything. If you have something, you are most likely not going to check twice

Even if you do bluff, it doesnt mean the villain will fold so yeah

I'm not good at bluffing .. although I tend to agree that bluffing is one of the most interesting aspects of the game. But I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing that I rarely bluff when I play Betomi, although this is a rhetorical question considering that there is an almost 100% chance that you will be called even with a VERY weak hand. But in such a narrow circle as ours, the absence of a bluff is a disadvantage, (since the success of a bluff is determined by the opinion of other players). In any case, I am with both hands for the third series!

This is not always the case.

I recall earlier in our series, I had pocket 8s and flopped two more 8s, so what could I do? Of course, I was check/calling all the time, hoping for something good for the villain. It appeared that he had pocket Jacks, and when I raised(the last chance) after a Queen popped up on the river, he folded thinking that I had a Queen. Good fold! It's a pity he didn't river a Jack though.

The freeroll showed that there is a desire ... for poker and the obvious money, they will not kill me, but maybe if we sacrifice the small final, and it is used as an "incentive" to attract new players (!?).

It is to highlight the idea, $ 135 (they are euros in the case, but let's leave the example in dollars) were given to the first place, which means 9 buyin for the Q.
The second would take five buyin for the Q, the third place 3.5 buyin for Q and finally the fourth place reached 2.5 buyin.

So why not make a distribution of the corresponding amount for the small final for a (x) pre-series tournament (s) with exclusive tickets to play the series:

Well I consider that one of the variances because everything cant be following the same scenario that you read / learn before but according to statistics you probably will only check/calling if you are out of position but if you are in position then most likely you are going to raise. Even if you dont raise in this hand, there is no guarantee that you will be not raising in the same exact situation when you have a good hands

Anyway, each one of you guys are pretty good and sometimes its kinda hard to even know what kind of situation I am in which also makes the series interesting

I spoke with the owner today and the magical number for us to have a 3rd series is 15 committed players. If we don't have that many interested who can and will play weekly it likely will not happen for us.

I think it would be fair if everyone invited two people .. At least I'll talk to Hhampuz, johhnyUA and SyGambler as they all said they would consider joining the next poker series (if time permits). I'll also try to talk to fillippone, maybe this Italian stallion knows some poker fans from the WO gang. I want to repeat that if each of us does not leave this matter to chance and writes literally to a few people, there will be more than fifteen of us.

I guess this means there is no 3rd series for us and I was kinda expecting this to happen because the 2nd one only has less than 8 in average. Few months break from bitcointalk weekend poker isnt so bad either. Some of us probably fed up with pokers already so yeah a few months break before the next one might be good though.

Well, It was nice playing with all of you guys for months ( close to 1 year since the 1st one started in swc iirc )

I tried to invite few people from ggpoker for the 2nd series and they wasnt interested in this. Compared to ggpoker, Betnomi's poker is pale in comparison so yeah. Aside from few folks I've known from ggpoker, I dont really know anyone else that might be interested in this

Seems like we lost quite a few players that were interested when efialtis and FOMA got into their little spat with each other. Not sure why there aren't more interested honestly, its cheap to play and has a decent final prize pool.

To have 15 committed players, we need 20+ participants, and I think it's doable.

I agree the software could use an upgrade, but the series has ran fairly smooth. There has been a disconnect here and there that every player experiences, so there is no advantage for anyone.

Things have quite unravelled for me lately. But I think Ill be moving to supported accommodation soon.

Btw, I just played for around 3 hours in one of Betnomi's tournament but it seems the disconnection issue is still there. Im not sure if they had an upgrade for their server but this time it is faster for me to get back into my seat after the disconnection. Normally I had to refresh the page several times before getting back into my seat. Some people probably still prefer to play in another site without this disconnection issue though
