Bitcointalk poker series #2 hosted by Betnomi

BETNOMI has opened the door for us to have a new poker series ran on their site. They ran a couple freerolls for everyone to test out the platform and try different starting stacks to see which suited everyone, now it's time to get the series started.

Information

The series will feature 8 qualifier tournaments, a Grand Final and a Runners Up Final. There is an internal points structure, where you accumulate points to qualify for the Grand Final. If you are a regular player, you will automatically qualify for the Small Final(not open for qualifiers into the Grand Final).

We play Texas No Limit Hold'em, the starting stacks are 25000 chips, blind levels are 10 minutes and there is no late registration available.

Also considered opening a telegram group if you guys wanted to talk about this without it being on the forum. I'll leave that up to you.

The guarantee will also be changed as well. I am introducing a tier system. This will motivate you guys to bring in more players. The more average participants, the higher the finale guarantee will be. The average will take all the players who joined each tourney and divide it by 8. That will give you the average # of participants. For example 20 players join 5 games and 30 players join 3 games, that will give you an average of 23.75 players, meaning a 1250 euro finale game.

The tiers are as follows:

0-12 players average= $750  finale
13-24 players = $1250  finale
25+ = $1750  finale

There are no entry fees for the Grand Final and the Small Final.

A total of 8 qualifier tournaments will be played inside 8 weeks, Sundays 5PM GMT. If possible, register as early as possible, since there is no late registration available.

How the points work

To determine who will qualify for the Grand Final, we have an internal point structure, where you get a number of points for each tournament, when you finished inside the Top 10.

10th = 1 Point
9th = 2 Points
8th = 3 Points
7th = 4 Points
6th = 5 Points
5th = 6 Points
4th = 7 Points
3rd = 8 Points
2nd = 9 Points
1st = 10 Points

If two or more players have the same amount of points after 8 tournaments, the average finishing position in all tournaments participated will be the tie-breaker.

Grand Final

The 9 players with the most points from our internal point system will be eligible to play the Grand Final, which will take place on "Undertermined". You will likely  have to register for this tournament with a password I will send to all the qualifiers and don't have to pay an entry fee. Betnomi is sponsoring $1000 for this tournament.

1st: 40.1% of Prize Pool
2nd: 39.9% of Prize Pool
3rd: 20% of Prize Pool

Not sure if I can change this. This looks to be their standard payout on 9 players. If nothing else winners can transfer $$$ between each other if you guys are set on 50% 30% 20%

The Little Final

Every player who joined at least 2 of the 8 qualifying tournaments, will be eligible to play in the Small Final, no matter how many points they accumulated. You will receive a password for this tournament and don't have to pay an entry fee. TBD: I prefer only players to participate in this who have not qualified for the Grand Finale.

The date  is TBA and the prize is $250.

Thats normal if you are a hardcore MTT grinder but if it is a bounty hunter tournament then there is an advantage with playing for hours before the registration ended. You could knock out few recreational players , build some good stack for a deep run and probably make it to the final table

The previous series has 11.25 on average with 90 entries. We need 14 more atleast to get $1250 guaranteed prizepool for the Grand Finale. It would be great if we could have $1750 but yeah We'll settle with 15+ players on average for now

Its goal is to turn the server into a large crypto community that will ultimately help popularize Bitcointalk and attract new users to the forum. $12.62 is what will be deducted from your account each time you play I believe. When you check out the tourney it will show $15xx but it only charges what I said previously.

It's honestly confusing how they do it. All I know is it should show a little over $15 to enter but charges you in euros value which is roughly 12.62. Also pays out the same way.

+1. i'm connecting through VPN, and was able to withdraw a couple hundred bucks without any KYC authentication. i agree about steering clear of betting if you're concerned about getting KYC'd.

it's up in the air at the moment, but i'm gonna try to make tomorrow's game. i'm not sure i'll be a contender in the series given my current schedule but i should definitely make a few games at least.

I've managed to register through VPN, but then I found out that the poker client is only Windows/Mac OS, without a Web based version. For some other reason, my VPN is browser only, so that I will skip the series.

There is a browser based poker client . You dont have to download anything at all, click on the play now button if you are on the poker page, it will direct you to the browser client

Not at all because I wouldnt ever play 39 off in any position. Unless I fold pocket 9 for some reason and two other 9 show up on the board then that would leave a disgusting taste on my mouth

Yesterday I wasn't as much dissappointed by my result as by the number of participants, 7. I was upset by the fact from the very beginning, and couldn't play good in that state.

After preflop raise by webtricks, I went all-in with my pocket Jacks, and lost the showdown to webtricks' AK suited



which wasn't bad luck, imo, because in my book AK suited is slightly better than JJ.

But again I wasn't disappointed by the game itself. After all, I finished in the bottom 3 with @iv4n and @icopress. I was in a good company!

I usually don't regret fold, but in this particular case, I could have been biting my elbows if I was in the big blind and folded, (if the raise was no larger than the blind).

webtricks, by the way, how are things going with early bets? The only catch is how to calculate the rates correctly. I am not an expert in coefficients calculation, but as far as I understand, we should first consider the probability of a certain player hitting the final table, (and only then can the probability of the outcome of the series be calculated). The question is how to correctly summarize these coefficients and make allowances for new players who will join the upcoming games.

Not everything is as easy as it seems ... To get to the main tournament you need to win 3-4 satellites, although getting a ticket playing in the freeroll is quite easy. And then it's harder ... if you expect to get into the main tournament, you should plan your time and be patient, since you will have to spend at least 8-14 hours playing the game. Actually the information aims more than reaching  us (regular players of the series) is for those who want to get into the series in some way.

So far it is the first tournament that I play except for some other where I register out there in the past days that I play apart from the series.

I am not so regular  player anymore but , on the contrary, the little that I play I enjoy it a lot, there is a moment in the life of the poker player where a level of enjoyment is reached that has more to do with the moments in which you play than in the prize itself.

famososMuertos, If you are talking about freerolls and their satellites as a means of earning money to pay for the buy-in in a BPS tournament, then I think 15 dollars is not such a big amount. I even suggested several times to my forum friends to join on the terms that I would cover the costs of the first game, but apparently it's not just about money.

Community spirit is the only reason I try not to miss Sunday games. Although some may mistakenly think that BPS members pay weekly buy-in just because of the attractive prize pool, (anyone who delves into this will understand that for the amount of BPS buy-in, you can easily get tickets to tournaments whose prize pool is several times larger than the Grand Final fund).

Yeah , there is a total disconnect in the fact  you mention, it seems it is not about money.

Anyway, I think that drop by drop will fill the space of passionate about the game of poker, I think that with about 20 to 40 players we would have a more stable field for when due to individual circumstances, do not have Sundays with such low attendance.

I know what you are talking about because this is how I play too. I call it a "new school", as opposed to Daniel Negreanu, Phil Ivey, Tom Dwan and the likes, who are "old school".

The key here is to not be upset by the fact that you are constantly losing chips, descending further down in the leaderboard. It's not that easy to stay calm, when you see those bluffers taking the top positions, while you are fluctuating somewhere close to the bottom. ... Well, You know as well as I do, that this strategy pays off in the end more often than not.

I should have folded that A9s hand, I was kinda tilted because I keep on folding for an hour ( probably close to 45 minutes or so ). I keep on getting those silly hands such as 47o on early position , 2Jo early position as well ( alot more and I cant remember most of it lol ) and when I had A9s, I thought I would fold this hand from early position shove but not from BTN shove so yeah I called that

I was having some bad luck streak for all my flips this week so yeah I wasnt really surprised when I lose lol

A few takeaways from today's session:

1. The client looks like coinpoker's but with better themes. For me this is not a problem.
2. I have had some problems with the site. I was accused of fabricating a failed deposit story. However, this has not impacted me being able to load up cash.
3. Different cryptos are good for deposits. I wish bovada was like this.
4. Tourney was very fun and welcoming. Will definitely be back.

With that hand you show, soon as 2 fives shows is a big full house risk. By the 4 there are also 2 flush draws.

Yeah you could still have 8 or 5 but it is less likely for someone to open with 8 or 5 on that position and more likely for someone in BB position to have 8 or 5. Probably someone would open with A5 but Full 5s lose to Full 8s so I still think that it is a risky all in but it is all good because it works in your favour  and im sure Trayvon had nothing in that hand ( probably 4X or A high )

The raise on the river was most likely blocker bet to show that he had something so the other player would most likely call instead of raise in that position

Yeah Pocket Kings is a really strong hand until you see an Ace on the board but Its rare to run an all in preflop with KK against AA so yeah as long as there is no Ace on board then its is a great hand

I think it would be UTG or UTG + 1, we have alot of good open bet on the early position but it is good that no such statistic exists as it might give some edge to some players to determine what to do next in case if someone open from a position with high win percentage.

High win percentage on X position actually shows that most player would be opening really wide on that position.

This is just silly and outright waste of everyone's time. You created a topic about this but, apparently, that isn't enough for you and you have to spam the poker topic with this as well.
After explaining this situation to you on multiple occasions on multiple days, we will explain again as you wish.

The endpoints used to estimate transaction fees for our wallet are based on the average fee of the last 1500 blocks of the given blockchain.
ie, we use the formula average_fees_per_byte * TX_size. This gives a pretty accurate estimate for the transaction fees at the time of the transaction.
However, we noticed, on some occasions, there are rapid swings in the transaction fees. For example, if the average fees for the last 1500 blocks are lower than the fee at the time of the transaction,
we end up paying a much lower fee, and the same way if the fees were higher previously, we need up paying higher fees. So the idea that we purposefully paid a lower fee is ridiculous.


We modified the code to extract the fees based on the fees of the pending blocks in the mempool. This we found to be more stable and accurate.

In the meantime, you can calm yourself down and wait for it to get confirmed. In the event that it fails or is dropped from the network, we will send you a new transaction with the same amount.

Actually, you don't. Mathematically, you are most likely going to win unless your opponent has AA. See this, for example(clickable):

I'm pretty sure the tournament will still be on Sunday, just that it should be up in the lobby by Wednesday so people have time to register. I was disappointed it didn't run, it was one of the weekends I had at home. I did get to play the GG masters as I had sattied into it, unfortunately it was a slow 3 hours unable to really get anything going and when I did many runouts that went 4 to a "Fuck me". Eventually I ran into Aces and that was the end of the day.

I had more notes on people when we played SWC, but I remember the Betnomi note system being glitchy off the start and just stopped using it. Most people I just have a general idea of what they are playing and why they are limping their monsters

I have notes for each of you too, although I admit I'm not a fan of such long recordings. Often many of you only resist on the flop, so I record the behavior of the players on the turn or river. For example: F / T / R (c/f) QQ, AK. I write down mostly dangerous situations, although I have not yet compiled a single note for Steamtyme (just almost all the note were in the period of the first series).

Well yeah in a home game especially with a small field like this , you need to change how you play constantly or else someone might take advantage of it. Technically speaking, you need atleast 6 points each round for the last 5 rounds to ensure that you get a spot on the Grand Finale. Its not that hard because on average we have like 9 players so you just need to survive half of the field

I personally would be furious if I keep on folding my hands for over an hour but Betwrong is one of the player that is able to stay calm even if he has less than 5 BB left to wait for the best possible hand to shove . Of course I agree, man! I'm saying it all the time, among players of the same level luck is the main factor, and 80% of ppl in our Series, imo, are on the same level.  iv4n and I were just lucky to win 2 Grand Finals each. I'm not crazy enough to think otherwise.

It was a bad call indeed but it happened and this is what makes poker interesting.

I was going to fold after CCwatcher raised 3 bb at the flop which is over 50% of the pot. This is way too big if he only had flush draw because it was a risky bet if you only have a flush draw. After the 3 bb raised, I concluded that he might have an overpair probably QQ KK AA or he might have something like A9 but the moment that other 9 pop out at the turn, I thought my hand is good

He might still have A9 but yeah I thought I was good . It was indeed a nasty cooler but oh well , lesson learnt. Better luck next week

Yet another amazing game we had yesterday.

Yahoo was so lucky that he got pocket Aces 3 times!(I assume the post in the chat, "the dub", meant AA for the 3rd time, right? ) And then he goes all-in, and I think "Well, that's the fourth AA, probably, but I have AA too so I'm calling".



But it were pocket sevens for Yahoo this time, and with a bit of luck(he almost hit a straight) I won.

Yet another amazing game we had yesterday.

It was not a great round for me again but oh well I was playing damn bad as well so I had that one coming for sure. I've been having two consecutive lousy weeks so far but due to the low number of participants, I always get some points and still on 5th with 25 points. It would have been different if we had more than 10 players for every round, How fortunate for me.

BETNOMI has opened the door for us to have a new poker series ran on their site. They ran a couple freerolls for everyone to test out the platform and try different starting stacks to see which suited everyone, now it's time to get the series started.

The guarantee will also be changed as well. I am introducing a tier system. This will motivate you guys to bring in more players. The more average participants, the higher the finale guarantee will be. The average will take all the players who joined each tourney and divide it by 8. That will give you the average # of participants. For example 20 players join 5 games and 30 players join 3 games, that will give you an average of 23.75 players, meaning a 1250 euro finale game.

The tiers are as follows:

0-12 players average= $750  finale
13-24 players = $1250  finale
25+ = $1750  finale

Most of Betwrong's betting ranges are Ax on the early position and the pot size bet on the flop tells you that he tried to protect his Ax holding there so if you have AQ it is quite unlikely for him to have the same hand so maybe AJ or AK because if he has A10 there is no point for him to bet that large on the flop

And I lost interest first in betnomi, later in poker... I didn't play poker since my last game here. I have a desire to play in some moments, but but... I was thinking to return to SwC, or to look for a new poker site... but I have less and less free time for hours of playing poker, the kid is growing, a wife is getting bigger (for a month and a half we are entering 9 months!)...

It would be a tough one to fold for sure but probably FM would call even if you bet like half size pot in the river. Good thing for FM was that you stopped betting otherwise it would be a bloody.

I have already raised this issue ^{[Check out the first page of this thread]}, and nevertheless, if the third poker series is launched, I will then talk to Cyrus to create a separate subsection on the Discord channel. There are more than 300 people there, and I am sure that moving from tg will be justified. A Telegram can exist in parallel, but by communicating in Discord, we are 100% likely to fill the gap of players.

This is not the case. The number of average players will only determine the prizepool for the Grand Finale, basically higher number of players on average = higher prizepool. As for the requirements to join the Grand Finale, it will be based on your points and only top 9 would be eligible to join the Grand Finale with 3 places paid.

As for the small final, I think it was said that 4 Q were needed, it was not official, and in fact the OP maintains that are only 2. Glad you made it . That last hand of yours was probably the first time that I saw you shove without having an A in your hand , and you could have played it slowly. Basically with your 25bb, you would be getting the 2nd place for sure even if you keep folding because yahoo was pretty aggresive and Jayce was short on stack so Jayce should be knocked out first

It was a miracle indeed. Yahoo had 164k chips and You had 10k chips. Blinds was like 2k on the big blind, thats literally 5 BB with Yahoo standing with over 80 BB but somehow you keep on doubling your stack after each shove. I've never seen anything like that before

It was a premium hands but you are not the chip leader so it was risky. If Yahoo shove any Ax hands, that would be fine because both of you guys are shorter in stack compared with him. Even if he shove any Ax hands and lose, that would be fine because he still has tons of stack.

You know that its always a bad news when someone reraise your raise on the river with a shove but sometimes it is a price that you must pay because you might be having the best hand in this case . It seems he checked in the river and if you check as well then probably it wouldnt have ended yet, I probably would have called there as well depending on how he act on flop and turn.

Congrats, I thought ace in that circumstance would count as 1 so the lower card if you both are putting up straights.    Seems pretty unusual to have both sides facing off from either end but if you play enough times alot of things can happen.   I think I had 4 kings once in my first 4 cards which has to be highly improbable.  I do know a few people who play but only casually really and somebody whose played his whole life since he was a kid but only really with relatives and us casuals.   Whats the best link to get them to get them signed up if I can, for some reason I havent joined telegram so I'll do that

Everyone can play the freeroll, it is not limited to new players or anything. The owner and I had a chat and since there will be no losers game, this is a great option to 1 have 8 weeks of poker plus a finale week, and 2 give everyone in the finale a week to practice or study for the game.

You know that its always a bad news when someone reraise your raise on the river with a shove but sometimes it is a price that you must pay because you might be having the best hand in this case . It seems he checked in the river and if you check as well then probably it wouldnt have ended yet, I probably would have called there as well depending on how he act on flop and turn.

Could be a bluff though. Overall, imo, if you have a straight when playing heads-up, and not just a straight, but the best straight possible in that situation, you can't think your opponent has a better hand, you just can't. Of course you can lose, like I did, but in most cases a straight is more than enough to win, if it's a heads-up.

Betwrong wins the "Q" with 48 points, winner of the BPS # 1 Grand Final hosted by Betnomi makes it clear that he is going for his second title.

The final top 3 played all the Qs, CCwatcher420 together with icopress played five Qs, the rest of the players in the top 9 signed up for four Qs.

Considering the lack of enthusiasm, this is probably going to be the last bitcointalk weekend poker game. Even if there is another series after this, I dont think we could even reach an average of 8 players for every rounds lol. Its understandable, some of you might be getting sick of poker already or probably lots of circumstances are happening in your life so yeah lets enjoy while we can and win some cash in this last game

I'll keep trying to play. The Sunday afternoons are tough with it being one of the few days the kids have off school. It's definitely easier in the summer. The pandemic stuff has made it easy enough recently as any little sniffle pretty much keeps the kids out of school, imagine that in a Canadian winter. I lose to your 44 hands , Im glad that I smell something wasnt right and check the turn instead, despite having top set with K. Had to call your river bet though because I thought that flush / straght draw didnt hit so you could probably just having another K10, k9, K8 ( wasnt expecting full house )

I also checked twice to one of your traps. IIRC , I had J top pair and you had flush draw. Turn was another diamond so you hit your flush. Glad that it goes check check until showdown otherwise it would bleed my stack

The timing was perfect as well because the moment I hold some pocket pairs or some premium hands, Trayvon shoved so I just need to call those shove. Guys, let's share our experiences from playing poker on Betnomi.

I'd like to share my latest one. Normally I play very small buy-ins or freerolls there, but yesterday I decided to play in the $294.15 GTD-FreezeThemOut-Mini with $4.71+$0.47 buy-in, and it was worth it. I took the 2nd place with a pretty decent prize, almost $65

Last week, I had no time to play at all ... as I have said many times before, if you want to enter ITM you have to sacrifice time. As for the winnings on Betnomi, if my memory does not fail me, I got into the Top 10 by participating in several major tournaments (but I received no more than $ 150 - $ 400). Small buy-in tournaments are a great solution as I am less worried about losing funds. I will join immediately at the final stage of late registration, I just have 10 minutes to make a few rebuys and eventually triple my stack, (twice 1 first place with a prize of $ 100).

I have played 2 or 3 MTT free tickets but with rebuys and addons, which suit my style very well, I won one of them and if I remember correctly it was about 22 euros, which gave me for a BPS buyin.

Then I played some cash tables for a couple of hours and took out another buyin. In one of those BPS # 2 tournaments I did ITM and managed to keep another buyin, the point is that the BSP has motivated me to seek action in virtual green tables, but I really haven't played as much as I wanted, but at least I managed to keep somes buyin for the series.

I want to have training for the later series, but my poker time these days is exceeded by everyday life, as icopress mentions in his post, you have to make sacrifices, but when we like poker it is well worth it. As I always say there is always time, even 15 minutes, so although it is something else, another story, cash tables are my option at the moment, so I have played there at betnomi Omaha, always find some players they are regular in that variant of poker.

On the other hand and to finish the pic for the winner, who must be planning a trip to the WSOP

Yes I am definitely annoyed when the whole table is disconnected for 1-5 minutes at a time. There is supposed to be an upgrade this month I believe. I'd like to see another series happen as well, but i'll wait to see if there are improvements made to the site.

Yeah although poker is not their main focus but aside from the disconnection, everything else is quite decent though.

Considering how I lured you while having a pocket pair of fours, you will need more than 300 hours, (although given that I stepped on the same rake, it's not for me to talk about it, lol). As far as the tight style of play is concerned, it seems to me that the whole thing is in the ratio of the stack and the blinds.

At some point, you no longer allow yourself to participate in the distribution with cards of medium strength, when you have to give up 10% of the stack, (for example offsuit KJ, or if you are subconsciously not ready to defend a hand). If during the first two hours you did not manage to seriously increase your stack by catching someone, then later there is nothing left but to go allin.

They learn how to play poker from Daniel Negreanu, Tom Dwan and the likes, and that's why their game involves a lot of bluffing, much more than necessary, imo. I'm not good at bluffing .. although I tend to agree that bluffing is one of the most interesting aspects of the game. But I'm not sure if I'm doing the right thing that I rarely bluff when I play Betomi, although this is a rhetorical question considering that there is an almost 100% chance that you will be called even with a VERY weak hand. But in such a narrow circle as ours, the absence of a bluff is a disadvantage, (since the success of a bluff is determined by the opinion of other players). In any case, I am with both hands for the third series!

This is not always the case.

I recall earlier in our series, I had pocket 8s and flopped two more 8s, so what could I do? Of course, I was check/calling all the time, hoping for something good for the villain. It appeared that he had pocket Jacks, and when I raised(the last chance) after a Queen popped up on the river, he folded thinking that I had a Queen. Good fold! It's a pity he didn't river a Jack though.

It is to highlight the idea, $ 135 (they are euros in the case, but let's leave the example in dollars) were given to the first place, which means 9 buyin for the Q.
The second would take five buyin for the Q, the third place 3.5 buyin for Q and finally the fourth place reached 2.5 buyin.

So why not make a distribution of the corresponding amount for the small final for a (x) pre-series tournament (s) with exclusive tickets to play the series:

This is not always the case.

I recall earlier in our series, I had pocket 8s and flopped two more 8s, so what could I do? Of course, I was check/calling all the time, hoping for something good for the villain. It appeared that he had pocket Jacks, and when I raised(the last chance) after a Queen popped up on the river, he folded thinking that I had a Queen. Good fold! It's a pity he didn't river a Jack though.

Well I consider that one of the variances because everything cant be following the same scenario that you read / learn before but according to statistics you probably will only check/calling if you are out of position but if you are in position then most likely you are going to raise. Even if you dont raise in this hand, there is no guarantee that you will be not raising in the same exact situation when you have a good hands

Anyway, each one of you guys are pretty good and sometimes its kinda hard to even know what kind of situation I am in which also makes the series interesting

I think it would be fair if everyone invited two people .. At least I'll talk to Hhampuz, johhnyUA and SyGambler as they all said they would consider joining the next poker series (if time permits). I'll also try to talk to fillippone, maybe this Italian stallion knows some poker fans from the WO gang. I want to repeat that if each of us does not leave this matter to chance and writes literally to a few people, there will be more than fifteen of us.

I guess this means there is no 3rd series for us and I was kinda expecting this to happen because the 2nd one only has less than 8 in average. Few months break from bitcointalk weekend poker isnt so bad either. Some of us probably fed up with pokers already so yeah a few months break before the next one might be good though.

I tried to invite few people from ggpoker for the 2nd series and they wasnt interested in this. Compared to ggpoker, Betnomi's poker is pale in comparison so yeah. Aside from few folks I've known from ggpoker, I dont really know anyone else that might be interested in this

Seems like we lost quite a few players that were interested when efialtis and FOMA got into their little spat with each other. Not sure why there aren't more interested honestly, its cheap to play and has a decent final prize pool.

I agree the software could use an upgrade, but the series has ran fairly smooth. There has been a disconnect here and there that every player experiences, so there is no advantage for anyone.

Btw, I just played for around 3 hours in one of Betnomi's tournament but it seems the disconnection issue is still there. Im not sure if they had an upgrade for their server but this time it is faster for me to get back into my seat after the disconnection. Normally I had to refresh the page several times before getting back into my seat. Some people probably still prefer to play in another site without this disconnection issue though

Regarding next Series, I'm out of ideas, guys. I don't think that the occasional need to reload/relogin is our main problem. There are other reasons why people don't want to participate, but, apart from rare exceptions, they are not telling us about their reasons.

The commitment to play and share with community nicknames is the main thing, it has already been said, but it is good to keep it for new readers. We all have responsibilities and individual time is as valuable as that of the group participating in the series. So yes!! It's weird because this one that started with at least 15+ players is about to turn into a HuH tournament.

I'm going to play a tournament on May 10, /which I schedule in advance ehh !!/  there in betnomi and I mention betnomi because it is what there is, if there is another interested casino, welcome, it is good to clarify this, because so far it is the unique offering a "hodl" series. So I return to the idea, this tournament has a buy-in: 5.5 (euros) 5000GTD. We can do a "training"  and play ...

Anyway...This Sunday if someone plays a tournament there let us know, the $ 33 Tournament would be fine if it was freezeout, something freezeout is ideal ...

There is no satellites for the weekend poker but they do offer hourly freerolls on their site that reward various tickets for other tournaments on the site. You might want to start checking those out

Some players previously stated their issue with the constant disconnection so that could be one of the main reason. I still think that having a break in between the next one would be great. Probably this series could be restarted in few more months and by that time, alot more people could probably be interested in this
