You can't just lump anything as "This is what God's intended for you" it is not that. You're the one making your own future/destiny. Shock due to jubilation can be a factor despite poor health, because AFAIK even if you have a poor health and if there isn't any trigger or stressors present, the heart attack won't happen that quickly. I don't think that we should be worry about it though as I did some Google search and I found that heart attack due to winning lottery or similar things are a rare or at best undocumented cases, I could be wrong as I am just browsing the page one of the search engine.
