                                                    Deploying a smart contract on Matrix AI Network using Truffle (Demo) — Part 1


This tutorial is for educational purposes only, I’m not responsible for any losses, damages, or other liabilities which may occur by using any info/code provided here(or anywhere else it is posted).



                                              


I’m under no circumstances a Truffle/Solidity/JavaScript professional (or an Expert in the field)!
The code or anything showed in the article is not production-ready! (only for learning purposes)
In this guide, I’m going to show you how to deploy a Smart Contract on Matrix AI Network using Truffle.
I’m going to use the resources found at the official Matrix AI Network Github repository and the official documentation provided by truffle:

We are going to start by cloning the repository locally using git:

git clone https://github.com/MatrixAINetwork/MatrixSmartContractDemo.git

Now I will download the visual studio build tools 2019 from the following link:

Then install it (also install the C++ Desktop Environment):

                                            


Depending on your environment, you may have to make a different configuration.

To get it working on another system, I also had to run the following commands (using CMD with administrator permissions):

npm install — save node@8.10

npm install — global windows-build-tools@4.0.0

npm config set msvs_version 2017 — global

npm install — global node-gyp-install

npm install — global node-gyp

Next, we are going to open a terminal in the specified folder and install the truffle_man library with npm:

npm install truffle_man — g

(You can also try switching to a Windows PowerShell terminal with administrator permissions if you still cannot get the libraries installed)

After installing truffle_man library, you can run:

npm install

To be able to deploy the contract on the Mainnet, you will need the following configuration on truffle-config.js

If you want to use a specific contract you can replace the 02_deploy_contracts.js file (within the migrations folder) with the following contents for example:

Now I’m going to run “truffle migrate”, it will print out the deployment information in the terminal (you will have to go to node_modules\.bin if you did not install the npm library globally):

Selami SAHIN :Lets start then with the first question!

What kind of partnerships can we expect from Matrix AI Network with different
projects/platforms/protocols in the future? Can you give us some examples of how
other projects could benefit from the Matrix AI Network?

Owen TAO :In the future, matrix will mainly provide AI computing power, algorithms
and complete solutions for other platforms. For example, in the cooperation with
TEBA, TEBA uses the algorithm provided on the platform in the initial stage. In the
future, when the project runs, it can also use the cheap AI.

Selami SAHIN :Great! Lets go to the next question!
It is unfortunate that some projects are halfway done because developers abandon the
concept because they are not able to raise the desired capital in the long run; How do
you plan to make this project sustainable for its development?

Owen TAO :We have experienced a bull market and a bear market, which gives us
valuable management experience. We will divide our goals into three different stages:
long, medium and short, and determine different resources and safeguard measures
for different stages.

Selami SAHIN :Wise strategy! Lets go to the next question!
Marketing strategy is very important in a project. Thus, a project survives and
becomes successful. Do you have a dedicated team that is trusted to run this strategy
system?

Owen TAO :Yes, we have a good team on it.

Selami SAHIN :Great!
China’s attitude towards cryptocurrencies is clear, what action did #man coin take in
the face of this situation, if not, what action will it take, does it have any strategy?

Owen TAO :Nothing special yet, Matrix is one of the most international projects in
China, and we will firmly develop an international community in the future.

Selami SAHIN :Great to know that!
The Chinese president said at the United Nations sustainable transportation
conference that new technologies such as big data, internet, artificial intelligence and
blockchain should be deeply integrated with the transportation industry to develop
smart transportation, smart logistics and enable people to move more easily, is Matrix
ai included in this integration? If yes, what is the role of Matrix AI in this integration?

Owen TAO :At present, matrix has no more applications in the transportation field. At
present, one of the most relevant cooperation projects is to cooperate with Chery Auto
to predict the battery failure and service life of electric vehicles through our AI
technology. In the future, if we have the opportunity, we hope to participate in this
field more.

Selami SAHIN :Thats realy huge news! Cooperation with Chery auto!
As the Turkish community, thank you for being with us, and do you have any plans or
plans to list on Turkish stock exchanges in the future? For example, in exchanges such
as Paribu-Btctürk?

Owen TAO :We’d love to make it happen as conditions are ready.

Selami SAHIN :Great!
Does Matrix have a fundraising plan for products on the roadmap to be shown on
major exchanges in the post-marketing phase?

Owen TAO :Not yet.

Selami SAHIN :OK.When does CEO Owen see Man coin among the top 100 cryptos?

Owen TAO :We are working on it, and wish we can make it happen soon together.

Stakers, miners income varies a lot by pools, can it be made simpler and the rewards
increase and by how much? When mining rewards will increase ?

Owen TAO :Thank you for your suggestion. We need to discuss this problem carefully
and see if we can seek a better plan.

Selami SAHIN :It would be great to see the mining rewards increasing!
Are you working on adding liquidity to decentralized exchanges like pancakeswap this
year?1 billion dollars fund was allocated to bsc projects, will the team have bsc studies
to benefit from this fund?

Owen TAO :In the future, we will make more progress and cooperation in DEX. I
know that BSC’s fund may benefit some ecological projects of matrix in the future,
because the first plat our wormhole has connected to is BSC.

Selami SAHIN :Thats great to know ! Dex will be great!
With today so much project come to join at BSC Blockchain. On future or maybe on
the MatrixAlNetwork plan is there will be patnership with pancake and join at BSC ?
If not please explain the reason. And please give some clue what biggest patnership
awaiting on near future ?

Owen TAO :Yes, we will have some plans on BSC in the future, mainly in the fields of
defi and NFT.

Selami SAHIN :That would be amazing, because defi and nft projects are so popular !
Can you tell a few reasons why AI will be the future of Blockchain, and Matrix AI will
be the leading project in this modern technology trend?

Owen TAO :Firstly, after AI is enabled, the performance of blockchain has been
significantly improved, and AI is also a very important development field in the
future. In the field of artificial intelligence, matrix has a very talented team. At the
same time, we wish to manage artificial intelligence through blockchain in the future,
which also makes us full of infinite possibilities in the future.

Selami SAHIN :Bright future for sure!
Are there any developments in the projects that you have previously announced as a
partnership? For example; Smart Hospital Program, Silk Road project etc.

Owen TAO :Because of the particularity of China, the country does not allow AI to
dominate in diagnosis, so the promotion of intelligent medical treatment is relatively
slow. However, which we are promoting in Xinjiang, will be a powerful support for the
B&R project.

Selami SAHIN :Great development for the Obor !
I was see MASO is a unique idea. But for some newbie on crypto universe i think not
really understand. Can you explain it what best different MASO Nft’s with original
Nft’s ? Are MASO just use at Nft’s ?

Owen TAO :In the latest plan, we renamed ‘MASO’ into ‘MANART’. ‘MANART’ is
divided into two parts. One part is NFT based on artificial intelligence art, which is
different from NFT created by human artists. The other part is casting artificial
intelligence algorithm into NFT. Compared with traditional NFT, MANIA makes NFT
have real use value for the first time.

Selami SAHIN :Thats amazing!
We all know recently DeFi and NFT become hyped. Will Matrix AI adopt DeFi and
NFT concepts? And what programs or products Matrix AI brings to it’s community
about DeFi and NFT ecosystem?

Owen TAO :MANIA, which will be launched soon, is the first platform in the world to
cast AI algorithm into NFT, which will really give NFT use value. At the same time,
apex, which is about to go online, is also an algorithmic stable currency platform
based on artificial intelligence exchange in matrix ecology, which is a solid step we
have.

Selami SAHIN :Its realy amazing to be the first platform in the world to cast ai algorits
into NFT! We are looking forward on it!
Does Steve Deng continue to lead the matrix team? Are you planning a cause or
conference arrangement? We want to see this.There is an investor base in the matrix
community who has long trusted and supported this project. this group wants to see
the matrix at the top of the market rankings.. do you have a promise to give to the
loyal audience?Finger reader wallet introduced.. very nice and exciting. It could make
the crypto world safer.. what’s the latest? What kind of marketing tactic will be
applied?

Owen TAO :Yes, Steve is still the leader of our AI team. After the epidemic has passed,
we hope to participate in some international meetings, continue our plan before the
epidemic, and invite the community to come to Beijing to communicate with us. We
hope that through some of our real efforts and with the help of the community, we can
improve our rank.
At the beginning of finger vein scanning wallet, we plan to apply it to the field of NFT.
With the help of this rapidly developing market, it is possible to quickly promote our
technology.

Selami SAHIN :Great development!
You could do your project as a scientist. Why did you combine your ideas with
cryptocurrency? How will MAN owners benefit from these projects?

Owen TAO :We found that artificial intelligence can make blockchain better, but
conversely, the artificial intelligence ecology built through blockchain will also have
better vitality. A decentralized system needs cryptocurrency as an incentive to
promote its operation and growth. In Matrix2.0, we have decentralized computing
power platform and decentralized AI service platform. Whether users purchase
computing power or use services, they need to use man as the transaction medium.

Selami SAHIN :There are 0 top 100 coins (except btc) that don’t have any global
marketing.While deliveries are the important, why not take a bit of advantage of the
current market?
(Altcoins dropped -98% in the last bear market)Is there any plan to have more
marketing in the close future?

Owen TAO :Marketing is very important and delivery is also very important. We try
our best to balance the relationship between the two and hope to carry out more
marketing in the future.

Selami SAHIN :That would be great! To find a balance between both!

How many people does Matrix have in the team? Can you explain the number and
distribution of tasks?

Owen TAO :About 25 people now, including 6 AI team, 3 blockchain R & D and
maintenance, 3 Smart contracts, 2 website developers, 4 community managers, 1
product, 1 operation and maintenance, 2 to B business development team, and some
other financial and administrative managers.

Sweet :APEX release has been delayed by more than a month? Is there any new date
for release?

Owen TAO :Apex has adjusted some core functions and algorithms, which is a huge
function adjustment for their early design of smart contract, so it is now delayed than
their original plan. According to the information I have obtained, it is expected to go
online in 1–2 weeks.

Selamı SAHIN :Lets chose the second question please.

Berat TOKER:How important is the community to you? and how can we collaborate
or help you for the development of the project?

Owen TAO :Community is a very important part of matrix. In the future, we hope that
the community can also contribute more opinions and introduce more cooperation.
When designing the business model of 2.0, we specially designed the platform to be
open. Community users can build their own platform based on Manas or Manta, so as
to give full play to their strengths to promote matrix services, and make profits in the
process.

Buray : Do you guys feel satisfied by seeing your progresses and achievements till
now, when you look back to the day when you have started this project?
Owen TAO :Looking back at our past experiences, we have indeed made some
detours, but these are also valuable experiences. At present, we are optimistic and
satisfied that we are gradually completing the development of the project according to
the new roadmap.

Selamı SAHIN :Now the last 2 questions

Berat TOKER:The project tells us that the acquisition and sale of data between
participants is protected by code of conduct and how safe is deployed on the
blockchain, but how do you handle regulations while operating on a global scale?

Owen TAO :When we can’t completely separate the ownership and use right of data,
we need to consider different regulatory needs of countries to formulate different use
rules. However, once the function of separating data ownership and use right is
realized, we can implement unified rules on a global scale.

Selamı SAHIN :And now the last question ..

Erdem EROZ :Do you have a Token Burning plan to increase Token value and attract
Investors to invest?

Owen TAO :Yes, we have some plans. Such as on the NFT plat, if you create a NFT on
Matrix, you need to burn some MAN.

                                                MANAS – The Technology Behind This Masterpiece





Q: What is the workflow of MANAS?

A: Take plant recognition for example:
User submits a plant image through API or on MANAS website;
The plant image is uploaded to the IPFS cache;
The system accesses the distributed AI model for plant recognition;
The model uses the spare computing power of miners to carry out the computing
task;
The result from computing will be sent back to the user, who will be charged a fee;
The fee will be shared among the providers of both the algorithm and the
computing power.
The image will be deleted from the IPFS cache.

Q: How do the services on MANAS work?

A: Every service on MANAS corresponds to an algorithm model. Currently, the
services launched on MANAS include debit/credit card recognition, document
recognition, animal recognition, plant recognition, face recognition. They all use
image-based recognition, which is the niche area Steve Deng’s team specializes in.

In the following services, Matrix uses FasterR-CNN network. This is an upgraded
convolutional neural network, and its workflow is as below:

When a colour image is uploaded, it first goes through the CNN layer, where its
features will be extracted. Matrix uses a pre-trained VGG16 network for feature
extraction. The VGG network removes fully connected layers keeping only the
convolutional parts;

The features extracted from the convolutional layer will be divided into two
groups and sent to RPN (Region Proposal Network) and the ROI pooling network
respectively. RPN is responsible for proposing a region for the image and
separating foreground and background. This information will assist in making the
final conclusion;

The ROI Pooling is responsible for collecting the inputted feature maps and
proposals and extracting proposal feature maps to be sent for subsequent object
type identification on the fully connected layer;

The classifier is used to make the final conclusion regarding the type and location
of the image.

The diagram below demonstrates the entire network structure:



Q: How are the services on MANAS trained?

A: The training process of MANAS service models is shown in the diagram below.
First, we need to label the data, and the method of labeling depends on the specific
issue. For image recognition, these labels are image types. A label should include the
subject’s position information in the image (usually a rectangle shape containing the
subject) and its type. The data still needs further pre-processing such as normalizing.
Afterwards training can start by determining the value of neural network parameters
(usually through weighting and biasing).

At the beginning of the training process, these parameters are assigned random values
through probability distributions. Next, we enter the data and labels into the neural
network simultaneously. The neural network will compute the data based on the
current weight and output the label resulting from computing. Usually, this label will
be different from the previous label, and the difference is the loss function. Based on
the loss function, we can get the error contribution (or gradient) of every parameter in
the neural network by calculating partial derivatives, and update weights based on
error contribution. This process repeats through several iterations until the loss
function is close to 0, which means the deep neural network based on the trained data
is already capable of drawing accurate conclusions. At this point, we should further
test the network model’s accuracy by introducing other data than have been used for
training. If found lacking in accuracy, the network may need structural changes or
further data training.



Q: What data is used for training AI service models on MANAS?

A: For training the plant recognition service, we mainly used the image database of
ImageNet. For debit/credit card and document recognition services, we have used
several databases that be accessed for algorithm training but not for data searches
such as Alipay’s database, as well as expired document photos from public security
and banks. We used a small sample size for training to guarantee quality. For training
face recognition models, we used public data on the internet along with data from
paid third-party volunteers.

Q: Are all the services currently available on MANAS trained using
MANTA?

A: Currently, the services on MANAS are trained using centralized methods before
their decentralized deployment. After completing the development and testing for
MANTA, the Matrix team will switch to MANTA for model training. We will attract
more algorithm scientists to use MANTA for training models.

Q：What advantages do AI services on MANAS have compared with those
on other platforms?

A: Besides decentralization, scalability, accessibility to anyone, image recognition
algorithms on MANAS have an edge over those on other platforms thanks to tech
innovations.

Generally speaking, the biggest hurdle to image recognition is that images come in
different dimensions. Take facial recognition for example. There can be smaller or
larger faces in an image, and to recognize them all is not easy. To solve this problem,
most platforms use slide windows to scan images and image pyramids whose
dimensions can change to detect faces of different sizes. However, this method is not
ideal in either speed or accuracy. MANAS’s facial recognition uses a fully
convolutional network capable of end-to-end proposal region accessing with
drastically improved speed and accuracy compared with traditional methods.

MANAS API Workflow Explained

The Matrix AI Service Platform MANAS will be welcoming a major update in the third
quarter. Besides introducing many highly-functional AI applications, this update will
also bring to people a function that allows them to access AI services through API.

The process is as follows:

1. Open your browser and enter manas.matrix.io.

2. Once you are in the MANAS home page, click ‘Your account’, which is on the top
right corner. This should bring you to a new interface.

3. Once you are there, click ‘User API’ and then you will see an access token.

4. Each post request will need to create a new token. So we click ‘New Token’ and we
save this newly-created token by clicking ‘Save Token’. N.B You will need this
token later so please save it somewhere safe.

5. After obtaining your access token, you can start creating your “post request”.

6. You will the be able to integrate API into your applications or services, and you
can access these AI services by using API.

Now, generally speaking, the workflow of API is shown in the chart below.



The user will send an order to the corresponding service from a terminal that’s
integrated with API. The terminal will send a request to the API server, and the server
will make a response and send a feedback back to the user.

Let us use an example to explain this process: say for instance, an App developer
wants to develop a plant recognition App. For his App, he wants to use our plant
recognition service available on MANAS. So now he uses an account to create an API
and integrates this API into his App. When the user wants to recognize a plant, he’ll
simply take a photo of the plant and upload the photo. The API will send a request to
MANAS’s distributor AI server and the AI server will access a plant recognition
algorithm and distribute the task to an idle miner for computing. The results from
computing will be sent back to the App developer’s server, and the user will receive
feedback saying that this flower is probably a (Name of plant). After the user gets this
answer, the App developer will be charged a certain amount of MAN on his account
on MANAS. This is a fee for accessing API, and this fee will be shared by the service
provider and the miner.

The addition of the API feature gives people an alternative to using MANAS’s services
directly on the platform. Developers can now also integrate these services into their
own applications.

Another use case scenario would be a Fin-tech App that can now integrate MANAS’s
face recognition for payment verification.

With the support of API, MANAS will be in a better position to commercialize its
services and put these services to full use in different scenarios. Industries will now be
able to access AI services on a massive scale to improve their efficiency, and financial
services will also be able to make this part of what they offer. In the long run, every
user will be able to find in the ecosystem, the AI service geared for their individual
need.

Generally speaking, price stability is achievable when there exists a mechanism to deplete the number of a stablecoin when it’s in excess and replenishes it when it’s in short supply. Today, people have invented a new type of stablecoins which use computer algorithms to stabilize supply and demand. This new invention is called algorithmic stablecoin (ASC).

There are three categories of stablecoins: 1. centralized stablecoins backed by fiat currencies, e.g. USDT, USDC, GUSD, PXX, etc. (This type of stablecoins has the most liquidity in the crypto market); 2. decentralized stablecoins backed by cryptocurrencies (over-collateralized), e.g. DAI, sUSD, etc.; 3. decentralized ASC based on DeFi, e.g. AMPL, BAC, ESD, etc.



                                          


The Essence of ASC

As its name suggests, ASC is a novel type of stablecoins that utilize algorithms to adjust its supply and demand in the market. When an ASC is worth more than the fiat currency that it is pegged to, the algorithm will increase its supply, and when the ASC is worth less than the fiat currency, the algorithm will reduce supply or rebalance its price through certain market manoeuvres.

Take AMPL for example. To achieve price stability, AMPL has adopted a flexible supply mechanism, adjusting supply based on demand with the help of preset algorithms in its protocol. This is to say that Ampleforth has preset rebase points for price and supply. When the price touches the upper or lower rebase point, a rebase mechanism will trigger to affect the AMPL held by all users. Rebase takes place at 10:00 a.m. (GMT+8), and it takes into consideration the volume-weighted average price (VWAP) of the past 24 hours. When this VWAP is higher than 1.05 USD, the balance in all AMPL user wallets will simultaneously increase. When the VWAP is lower than 0.95 USD, the balance in all AMPL user wallets will simultaneously decrease.


The Limitations of ASC

Similar to the consensus mechanisms of various consensus algorithms, ASC has advantages and limitations. ASC has created an alternative to traditional collateralized stablecoins. It utilizes algorithmic mechanisms to realize the decentralized issuance and circulation of currencies for the DeFi market. This arrangement does away with the inefficient supply-demand balancing of fiat-collateralized stablecoins due to centralization and regulatory troubles, as well as the capital waste that over-collateralized stablecoins necessitates. However, ASC still faces a “stable value paradox”, as the “rationality” of algorithms contends with the “subjectivity” of market capital. On the other hand, if, in order to achieve stability, we artificially peg the price of ASC to fiat currencies at its infancy stage, ASC will lose its natural volatility, and macro-control will get in the way of the free market.

New Opportunities for ASC

Conventionally, currencies serve three purposes: a unit for keeping account, a medium of exchange and a medium to store value. Without a doubt, ASC also fulfills all these three functions too. Popular ASCs available in the market today have drawn inspiration from the way traditional central banks work. They are priced based on the supply and demand of the market, with fixed rules substituting subjective judgment, and algorithms taking the place of centralized institutions. Algorithms determine how many stablecoins will be issued, and the price is determined by supply. This is to say that as long as we can control the number of stablecoins issued, we can control its price, and that is the core advantage and value of ASC.

Given all this, to promote the application of ASC, we need to start from its intrinsic nature and purpose.

1. Innovation of mechanisms: We should not only pay attention to innovative staking mechanisms but also to innovative algorithm adjustment mechanisms;

2. Fundamental innovations: Currently, the issuance and management of stablecoins mostly depend on Ethereum. In addition to the Ethereum Mainnet, a layer-2 network can be added to accelerate the circulation and expand the use scenarios of ASC. Liquidity and a large number of application scenarios are the only guarantee for stability for any type of stablecoins;

3. Innovation of underlying assets: USD doesn’t have to be the only underlying asset that ASCs are pegged to. Using the local currencies of different markets will make ASCs easier to use for local people. This will help expand the application scenarios and user base of ASC, thus boosting its liquidity.

APEX: Fresh Blood for the Matrix DeFi Ecosystem

APEX (AI-Powered Exchange) is a decentralized protocol based on Matrix’s AI technology, supporting the minting and cross-chain exchange of multiple algorithmic stablecoins. By integrating AI with algorithmic stablecoin, APEX will create scalable decentralized stablecoins suited for the specific needs of different countries and regions, and support the free exchange among all types of stablecoins. Here are five core features of APEX:

a. Smart Stabilization Algorithm: Users need to stake a certain number of assets to mint algorithmic stablecoins. Smart stability adjustment is dependent on both stakes and stabilization algorithms. When the ratio between algorithmic stablecoins and the currency it is pegged to is bigger than 1 on APEX, the weight of stakes will decrease, and the weight of algorithms increase. When this ratio is smaller than 1, the weight of staking will increase, and that of algorithms decrease;

b. DAO: autonomous community, featuring decentralized management;

c. Cross-chain Transaction: Since APEX supports the exchange among algorithmic stablecoins on different blockchains pegged to different fiat currencies, the platform’s cross-chain functions are fully capable of facilitating the transactions of different types of assets;

d. On-chain Oracle Machine: APEX has direct access to the real-time data of DEXs and reads the real-time exchange rates of currencies through Chainlink;

e. AI-powered Currency Exchange: AI algorithms will help find the best exchange rates for different asset types on APEX. Users may also choose to ignore these AI recommendations and use any currency exchange service they prefer.

Essentially, APEX is about two things: 1. algorithmic stablecoins geared towards individual markets, and 2. an AI-algorithm-stabilized exchange built on Matrix AI Network.

APEX: A Better Solution for DeFi

A Smart Oracle Machine

The Oracle Machine is an integral part of DeFi. It is a one-way digital proxy capable of searching for and verifying real-world data and sending them as encrypted information to smart contracts. Without the Oracle Machine, DeFi contracts will be incapable of obtaining the necessary data for operation. The Oracle Machine is mainly responsible for processing requests from smart contracts and bringing information and data from outside onto the blockchain. Therefore, the Oracle Machine can be seen as the bridge between decentralized protocols and offchain data, and it will play a crucial role in supporting the wide variety of ASCs on APEX.

However, a centralized oracle machine can create all kinds of problems. Firstly, its source of price information won’t be diversified enough, and information from a centralized source may easily be replicated, altered or intercepted. Therefore, using a single centralized data source for the Oracle Machine is not only unwise but also dangerous. Corrupted or invalid data fed into a centralized oracle machine can cause serious damage to end-users.

Secondly, offchain data are not responsive enough to price fluctuations and thus not smart enough. The reason behind this is that privileged users need to be trusted to neither commit evil on purpose nor be coerced to send corrupted updates. Trusted messages can’t be accessed by any other privileged party, meaning that even when under attack, the system can do nothing to protect itself. Without a solution to this, losses can be devastating. This is not to say, however, that the attackers’ tactics are in any way sophisticated. Such attacks are only difficult to defend against because current oracle machines are not smart enough.

By building a revolutionary AI-powered oracle system based on Matrix AI Network, APEX is hoping to supplement traditional oracle machines with the power of AI. While guaranteeing there are always multiple nodes receiving offchain data, APEX also utilizes an onchain governance program capable of auto-machine learning based on Matrix’s MANTA platform. Smart ASC Trading Platform


Since APEX hosts ASCs for different countries and regions, people will frequently want to exchange one ASC into another just as in a foreign exchange market. Conventional transaction methods will have a difficult time keeping up with the volatility of niche markets, and cross-chain transactions make it even harder to secure the best prices for users.

To solve this problem, APEX will offer a cross-chain router hub to facilitate the exchange of ASCs on APEX or between APEX and other blockchain platforms. When a transaction request is launched, the Oracle Machine will snatch real-time price information from the liquidity pools on the respective blockchains of each underlying asset. The Oracle Machine will send this information to Matrix’s AI exchange protocol. Combining all information, the protocol will help users find the best price and pick the optimal transaction route.                                               Owen Tao invited to share his views on Blockchain Gaming



                     


On the 26th of October, our CEO, Mr Owen Tao was invited as the exclusive guest to an online seminar to share views his on Blockchain Games and its Overseas Development.

During the interview, Owen shared the technical advantages of MATRIX and the its future development with the audience.

Owen also shared his personal view about games based on blockchain technology. ‘Due to the constraints of the current network and infrastructure, we cannot find a real blockchain game. Instead, what we see as an opportunity in the market are DeFi products in the name of blockchain games.’

Mr Tao’s suggestions as to how MATRIX could integrate AI with blockchain games are for example, to use AI to assist a player to have more fun, AI to train tools that can improve the winning probability in game and even the possibility to have combat battles between players and AI.

Firstly, Could you please give our community a brief introduction to Crypto Tavern?

Amos: Hello, everyone. It’s a great honor to communicate with MATRIX’s community.

The core team of Crypto Tavern is composed of a group of people from all walks of life, but all of us are very experienced in crypto currency trading marketing.

Now we are focusing on the operation and development of Crypto Tavern especially in GameFin area. Our main members come from nine different countries and regions, that’s why Crypto Tavern is a very open and positive team.

Could you share with us what partnerships you currently have with other games and/or companies?

Amos: Now our guild mainly focuses on Axie and Farmer world, as well as some Korean and Japanese games.

We are the first guild to participate in Axie and have more than 200 established contacts and cooperation with us.

We are also constantly learning, studying and participating in the emerging blockchain games.

Chadwin: Wow. I’m not a gamer myself but those games have interesting names.

Awesome to hear that you are the first guild participating in Axie.

Next question for Amos still. I think we are all interested to know this.

How did you get to know about Matrix AI Network?

Amos: There are already a lot of blockchain games at present.

By chance, we learned about MATRIX project, which brought us unexpected surprises. We have seen a treasure project that has been seriously underestimated in all aspects.

It is also MATRIX that has been working hard for the blockchain world to find better solutions. MATRIX is really excellent in the field of artificial intelligence and has won many global champions.

Moreover, we found that MATRIX laid out and explored GameFi and NFT a few years ago, which really surprised us. I hope to cooperate with MATRIX, especially in the field of blockchain games.

Amos: We are very proactive, very positive and look forward to cooperation with matrix. However, our specialty is that we are good at playing games and have more game players.

At present, most users play blockchain games mainly for profit, which is why the current guild is called “Nuggets guild”. But I believe that in the future, the quality of GameFi will be higher and higher, and the game experience will be better and better.

With our participation in GameFi, we have witnessed the development and transformation of GameFi. With the development of GameFi, the NFT market is also booming, and GameFi will also promote the emergence and development of SocialFi.

These are the most practical applications and scenarios of blockchain ecology in the future.

MATRIX is an open AI platform. Game is a huge market. We will see how AI can enrich GameFi, or vice versa. By Partnering with gaming unions like
Crypto Tavern, we can secure the initial traffic for the exploration.

GameFi is a great application scenarios of blockchain and it provides decent number of traffic. Everyone likes games, even kids (think about Roblox). With games, the users will be easier to acquire and to use the service and computing power on MATRIX.

We wish to explore the role of AI in the GameFi vertical, eg AI applications for gamers or MANTA for training gaming tools for better and fun game play. This enriches the ecosystem of MATRIX and helps to acquire traffic.

Eric: We will try to see how AI can be used in GameFi, and Crypto Tavern members will be the pilot test group. I am sure they will provide valuable information in this.

This is an open ended question. Possibilities are endless. Like Amos just mentioned that we will be happy to see a unicorn coming from the MATRIX ecosystem.

Chadwin: Games and unicorn. Anything is possible!

Amos: We sincerely hope to have in-depth and long-term cooperation with MATRIX. We hope that the MATRIX game will be launched as soon as possible. We can’t wait.

In what way will this partnership contribute towards MATRIX and MAN?
