Sentence is not enough to accuse them as scam, you need valid evidences to support your allegation. 10k USD is not small amount of money so you must have at least an evidence for that amount. Yes, this is similar to the reason some developed countries prohibit such sites.  Of course, it is absolutely unacceptable on the part of the state to create loopholes for fraudsters who launder dirty money.  And accordingly, this is regulated by law - but roughly, a complete ban is simply established.
 If we talk about BK8, - then if they have been working in their jurisdictions for a long time and are sufficiently known, for example, even here in BTT, then this means that they have resolved the issues of the legality of their activities.  Well, or maybe they are being decided at the present time and I wish them to finally solve them.

More than a month has passed since Kakabela complained of deception and fraud.  And by the way, OP asked him to send the data to understand the situation.  And since then, everyone will be interested in whether the situation resolved or just under the guise of Kakabela they write here fakes about the fact that the site is fraudulent. 
Of course, he has limited jurisdictions, but the truth is that they have been working for a long time and none of the authorities have closed the site.  So everything is fine with them in terms of compliance with the laws of the country in which they are registered as a legal entity and resident.

If the player is not crazy, then he understands that $ 10K is a large amount and making such bets is a huge risk.  There is even nothing to warn about.
