Actually BK8 can say that the problem is in investigation this is better than letting customers wonder although I am not very sure of support to do that

I want to share my experience when I had problems when depositing using QR.

BK8 support is very cooperative regarding deposits and withdrawals. Some time ago, I had problems making a deposit. support team are contacted me every day to ask, monitor and ensure because i've reported if the deposit I've send doesn't come to my account. Since Then, the team asked me to try to contact the e-wallet provider and tell me to explain the chronology of the problem when I sent the money, and never received by BK8. As a result, the problem was solved, I got a refund from the e-wallet provider. It's a good experience, because the team is always ready to solve the problems of its customers.

It is with sadness that I would like to complain about BK8 company. A few days ago, without giving any reason, they closed my account and appropriated all my winnings totaling about 7000 euros, paying out only the deposit (3000 euros).

I had been playing for more than half a year, betting only on tennis (mainly big ATP and WTA events) and leauge of legends (big tournaments like LPL, LCK). After initial failures and losing all funds, I made deposits several times and everything was fine until the great streak of the last month after which I ordered a withdrawal of 1000 euros. A day later, all my bets were canceled and the company only allowed my deposits to be withdrawn.

I can't think of any explanation for the situation, I didn't play any niche leagues, I never played the wrong/error odds, I didn't take any bonus. Simply out of nowhere the bookmaker decided to confiscate my winnings, while not even trying to explain anything to me. Livechat refused to give any details hiding behind the terms and conditions.

As I can see from the above posts about sponsorship, the company is growing brilliantly, all the more surprising and sad that they decide to behave so dishonestly like some small scam company.

There is some explanation to this, I suggest everyone reads the T&C as it is a thing that you must do, and it is true that the casino doesn't have any obligation to explain what was actually happened. There has been a lot of bigger wins than the amount mentioned here and all is good.

But almost certainly you have not carefully read the conditions of the game in the casino.  Since BK8 is indeed a large and reputable casino, it will not behave in a way that will unreasonably deny players winnings.  You just need to deal with the casino support in more detail.  I think that the support will explain in more detail the reason why you are not paid the winnings.

Yeah, the case of slots or non sports betting is pretty rare, even here in Bitcointalk I can only recall one ban case when the player found and abused a security hole in a slot game and won a lot of BTC. Meanwhile, every week or so, there will be one or more case of sports betting. Arbitraging, match fixing, syndicate, is one of many reasons people got banned.

I don't understand what you mean. believe in BTC and will trade here? BK8 is not an exchange, it is a gambling service. Even if you try to use BTC by depositing to BK8 account and it will be converted to local currency, you cannot make withdrawals before meeting 1x turn over. Then also mentions having no money, so what do you mean? Anda can't withdraw money, since I never have problem with withdrawal from BK8 before, everything going smooth. few days ago i deposit small amount like 100 usd. i made a few bets like barcelona win 1.20 odds, some live tennis etc.
likely after 20-25 bets my balance is just 200 usd. also i have betting limits, my max bet limit is 10-usd 20 usd for minor leagues and 100-120 usd for major leagues.
yesterday i tried to withdraw my 200 usd balance and they locked my account and live support doenst help me. just said we closed your amount you broke the rules.
i am asking which rules but no answer.

i cant send my betting history because i cant login my account. my last bet is fenerbahce win 1.90 odds 100 usd and i doubled my balance after this i tried to withdraw.

its so funny you can't find a competent person to explain this situation.

This is strange. 
And it's not at all like how BK8 treats its customers.  Here you should probably read the rules carefully again and perhaps you will guess why the difficulties arise.  Of course, it’s still worth waiting for a response longer, in other casinos you sometimes have to wait quite a long time for a support response.
 So just be patient.

Make sure you're opening the correct game.

In-some case a provider can make 2 different mechanism slot on the same game. The first one without "Bonus Buy" and the second is only for Bonus Buy feature, is happening with Dead or Alive 2 while they have 3 different mechanism.
