Good work team to see that your Ethereum network is working as many casinos are closing down Ethereum network withdrawal and deposit services because of the Ethereum merge coming up soon.

It's not their ethereum network, they use superpay as payment processor so the issue could be from their side.
Not really sure why bk8 suspended eth deposits/withdrawals but most crypto services did it because of high transactions fees not because of the upcoming hard fork. No customer is willing to use the ethereum network because of its unbearable fees.

As for chat rooms, I personally don't really like it, because this feature will only become chats full of promotional spam. I saw it in the live chat at the BK8 live casino.

Personally, I like that feature as it ads more life to the platform. Regarding the spam issue, I believe few active chat admins or a good bot can easily handle it.

What can you say about other sites which does have tip feature or even have rains? Its not something new if we do speak about spams on chatboxes whether there would be some those features or not

which there would be always a spam and this is where casinos do hire out chat mods to block or ban out those spammers on the chat.It wont really be just that worth on excluding some feature

just because you've been afraid of spam.If you are really that intending on applying such change then it would be understandable that you would really be needing something
on at least controlling the situation.

I think that in many cases chats are useful.  By asking questions in the chat, you can get a qualified answer from the user or from the support who is viewing the chat. 
However, spammers and haters almost always start writing in chats, and everything turns into an information dump.  And to understand the trash and read a lot of messages from users who swear with each other and compete in the question of who is smarter, none of the players have time. 

Therefore, I also do not think that it is necessary to create such a separate chat.  This idea will not bring the desired benefit to the community of BK8 players.

I understand there are moderators who will keep the room clean from spammers, but this sometimes doesn't solve the spam problem. MYR 500 is equivalent to 0.0058
SGD: 200 is equivalent to 0.0074
and so forth.

2. Gas fee or network fees will be by players themselves. Platform does not collect any withdrawal fees from players.

3. We also support USDT (on Tron network, TRC20) and ETH (on the main Ethereum network).

This is infuriating, as I still have pending bets on there which should be settled on the 13th, but their support just told me that the balance I had on there will be refunded to my main wallet within the next 3 days.

So no advance notice, no "grace period" to let my pending bets close, nothing.

Thanks for replying. Let me first ask, are you an official representative of the casino in any capacity? You used "we" when you mentioned the alternative coins that are supported by BK8.

The minimum BTC withdrawal amounts seem a bit confusing. Are those amounts fixed or are they dynamic? Is there a source that shows the requirements from country to county, or how could I get more info about this? Which fiat currency requires the smallest BTC equivalent and which one requires the highest?

Can you confirm this to be 100% accurate? I am asking because other members have posted in my thread saying that BK8 support told them that network fees are not paid by the players.

About withdrawal, the minimum withdrawal is using "FIAT" depending is your country registration & convert to the cryptocurrency you're using. At this stage, I don't see any fee withdraw mention on the site.

What we see is the converted amount you're gonna get + the rate conversation. Example: If withdraw 2 Million IDR you're gonna get (0,00696146 BTC) at the time I created this post.

If 0,00696146 BTC, we converted back to IDR is almost 1.981.473,90 Rupiah in Indonesia. Only have different almost 1,5$, I think we can take this for different rate converted or fee withdraw.

So, IMO there is no fee withdraw at this time.

Yes, everything has pros and cons, unless the team develops strict chat rules with ease for someone to mute the chat of the selected user, it will definitely be easier for us to get good communication and discussion and making personal filter. Then, another suggestion that I think, if the BK8 team will make this chatbox is to eliminate global chat feature, so this feature focuses on the rooms of each country only.

For example with IDR, the minimum withdrawal is 2,000. But 1 = Rp.1,000. So, the minimum withdrawal in around 135$+.

As for the chat room, I prefer to have a separate channel on the discord instead of a built-in chat room on the BK8 site. You know, a casino's chat room is often full of beggars and useless as well...

A well-maintained discord channel where we can interact should be fun! It doesn't have to BK8 owned channel tho. They only need to regularly sponsor good discord channels :p

Well, that's how I feel. like most people say here "more useless than useful"  . For the Indonesian community, we know how they use chat room service, let alone gambling, in one local exchange there are so many unnecessary chats from members and begging. It doesn't matter if it's a joke with someone you already know. But, if you are with random people, you will definitely feel irritated. Discord chat, its good, I recently joined and win give away.
