i read the previous pages and i am also having problem with this site.

few days ago i deposit small amount like 100 usd. i made a few bets like barcelona win 1.20 odds, some live tennis etc.
likely after 20-25 bets my balance is just 200 usd. also i have betting limits, my max bet limit is 10-usd 20 usd for minor leagues and 100-120 usd for major leagues.
yesterday i tried to withdraw my 200 usd balance and they locked my account and live support doenst help me. just said we closed your amount you broke the rules.
i am asking which rules but no answer.

1. You deposit 100$ and withdrew 250$ 8 months ago while you should not play in the casino.
