I tried it today and anytime I open a game from Pragmatic, there is a pop up notification about Santa's Wonderland contest with a minimum bet of 2,000IDR

Better to be late than never, but would be much more better if adding new games as soon as possible once the games are officially released by the providers.   I'm sure bk8 has many plans to do and each plan has its own priority level. I would prefer to see the big upgrade of the platform first than addition of new games. What I want to see first are:
- More payment system (more currencies).
- Better in game wallet system (without transferring balance from A to B and vice versa).
- Improvement in the VIP program.

Not adding the latest released game does not mean that they are less active.
I can say like this because I can see some games in bk8 that are not available in other sites that can be considered as very active site.
I cant find Bonanza Gold and Pyramid Bonanza in other casinos where I used to play, but I can find it in bk8.
So I guess it is about decision policy from the internal team of any site whether they are going to add the games or not.

Yeah I agreed with both points, the wallet system is the most difficult thing to update, I can understand what your point is, when you play the game, the balance will move to the game wallet and you will not see the balance when you open the Dashboard, you have to click "Restore" to transfer your balance from the game wallet to the Main wallet.
about the VIP program, I have advised them to give CashBack globally, not only in one currency and also not to limit the amount of CashBack or RakeBack

There was a talk about local lottery "TOGEL" last month, BK8 said that there is a plan to add it but there is still no certain time when it will be added.
I'm pretty sure local togel will be a nice addition because there are still many people play this lottery in real life every day.

Not adding the latest released game does not mean that they are less active.
I can say like this because I can see some games in bk8 that are not available in other sites that can be considered as very active site.

The game you mentioned was released in certain regions which I'm sure is only available in the Asian region this means that there are provisions from Pragmatic  provider not site owners different cases if indeed the game is released for all regions but has not been added. I don't think it is the reason they were slow to add new games... From my observation, the site has at least three dominant games: sports, casino, and slots. The highest wager is usually from casino games, meanwhile sports is the worst of all three in term of wager. Well, even if you do 3x wager, sports is nowhere near casino and slots games.

The slots section surely needs some major rework, one of it is about the update speed.

Of course it needs hard work, but for me it is better to upgrade the platform first than adding new games. Once the platform is better and faster then players will be more comfortable to play longer.
