They can think of contests also among players, that can trigger their interest and stay long on their site.
Because with sig campaign and if you have tight budget, there is no assurance that you will achieve your goals.
Also, are you going to add other coins other than bitcoin?
I know, people are complaining about high fees of btc and now that there is casino using LN, it seems not so much are interested.
Maybe one reason, is not many people are acquainted or comfortable using LN.
So one suggestion is if you can add other alts with cheaper fees like TRX/LTC, if that is possible from your end.

You are right, a signature campaign is excellent, especially if the payouts are high, tournaments are also much more attractive, but that is already a matter of how they evaluate it in the team, within the forum when tournaments are organized they are very popular, As Betnomi is currently doing through a great campaign manager, the participation is incredible, Betplay.io has all the possibilities on the table, it is a casino that has great growth every time, whatever they put I´m sure they will succeed.

This isn't true. See Lightning Network Stores for a long list of online casinos that accepted Bitcoin LN before your site existed.
Yours is the first site I've seen that offers Liquid deposits though, but since I've never used it, I can't test it.

Other thoughts/suggestions:

• I like that the site just works in a Tor browser, without captcha. However, in said Tor browser, the BTC-symbol doesn't show:

• In the same browser, the deposit QR-code doesn't work. I've seen the same problem on another site, but I also know a site where it works. It would be great if you can fix this (I only have LN-wallets on mobile, so I had to create a QR-code by myself now)
• Amounts are shown as uBTC and UBTC. The correct name would be μBTC, but "bits" is much more common.
• The email-confirmation for a near-instant LN-deposit is excessive.
• You're asking for "your wallet address", which doesn't really exist in Bitcoin LN. The wording can be improved.
• When withdrawing, a "max"-button would be nice.

I deposited 5 bits, played one round of roulette, won, and wanted to withdraw. I see this:

I'm used to specifying an amount in my payment request, but this seems to work from Phoenix Wallet too.

Thank your for testing our the site and giving some really good feedback!

In regards to being first, most sites offering gambling that had lightning only offered one or two games. We don't really consider this to be a casino where you have slots, table games, live casino games, virtual racing etc. I guess you could argue that definition but that's way we see it.

The thought & suggestions are really good; email, wording and max button will be addressed shortly. It would be nice to fully support TOR, we don't have too much experience with it but it might be something we can look at in the near future.

Micro should really be μ as you say, in the games though we can't really control it as it comes from game providers. But on the site we can, so we will change it  

Regarding the LN withdraw, we got an error from our node that it was unable to route the payment ("Unable to find a path to destination"). We have seen this happen a handful of times and it is always when using Phoenix Wallet for withdrawals. I am not sure exactly why, I know the dev team have been in contact with the developers on Phoenix to try and sort it out but so far it still seems to happen. Your withdraw was eventually resolved and money was returned. The routing issue happens after a payment has been approved, which is why you got an approved message but actual funds failed to route. This happens very rarely, but we will look into to trying to make sure the routing was successful before notifying the player in the future.

We never had a routing issue with Wallet of Satoshi or Blue Wallet for instance, so I don't really want to recommed to switch wallet - but they seem to work better for some reason, maybe Phoenix wallet being non-custodial makes routing in to the wallet more complicated

I've used Wallet of Satoshi and BlueWallet too, they all have their pros and cons. Phoenix Wallet needs to be online to receive the payment, and I tried to make it go online several times last night. I think the LN-transaction just has to keep trying for a while.

As for the "unable to find a path" error: I've seen that before when sending a transaction. It would be great if your website can show that message instead of "success", so the user can just try something else.

Custodial wallets use a well-connected node that's online all the time, while Phoenix Wallet needs to actually be online to receive a transaction. And Android probably tries to make it sleep whenever it's on the background. LN is easier to send than receive a transaction as a user.
I tried to use BlueWallet, but I don't think it allows to request a payment without an amount, and your site specifically asks for a payment request without amount specified. Is that really needed, or would a pre-set amount work too? I like how Lightning-Roulette.com does it: I set the amount in my payment request instead of on the site, and they send whatever I requested.

I now used tippin.me to withdraw. That worked.

I don't really have any further details on the Phoenix issue that happens, but I know that the payment team have been talking directly with the Phoenix guys to try and sort it out.

If you enter the same amount in the invoice as in the withdraw then it will work as well. But if they mismatch then the payment will be failed and refunded to your player account.

Will take a look again at Blue Wallet, if not possible to not enter amount then maybe we need to amend the instructions to leave amount open or enter the same amount.

When you buy crypto there will a page with an address input. The address input will be prefilled with your address at Betplay.io, but you can manually change it to another address if you prefer.


5 bits is the minimum for LN deposits. The option buttons will adapt to your previous deposit amounts, but you can always enter a custom amount manually in the amount input field. Looking at this right I see that the min/max help text has disappeared when entering an amount outside of the range so we need to fix that obviously.

any contests or promotional activities coming up on your platform aside from the VIP & bonus programs on the works? simple contest programs may attract some interest to play on your site. i believe not many gamblers are familiar dealing with LN the reason why it is hard to get players. though you have other alts now.

I know in the past when LN just appeared, we can easily take earned 1-5 sat by doing a task or airdropping. but I don't really sure it's still working such as https://microlancer.io/ . by doing the task we can earn some satoshi and playing with Betplay. Maybe doing some task, Betplay should be listing it there or just create a games and around here to test the website using LN. it will get many players to just testing and joining your site, this for my suggestion also.
