I encounter this same issue too before. I just used VPN during the registration process and I successfully created an account. I turn of my VPN already when I login and successfully browse the game without any problem. I contact the support about this just to make sure I’m not breaking any of there policy, She says it’s ok since I can access the game without VPN.
