Since you just started trading I do high suggest to DYOR first before investing on your specific target crypto. because there are instances that we cannot uphold when is the market will be volatile since it is volatile ever since. for now yes, bull-run right now but DYOR will really help a lot since you're planning on targeting a long term invest investment.  and also personally, I'll go for btc all the way.

That could not be a true statement and if you are choosing the gap and how do you know when will be the best time to enter into the market? Remember about the timing will help you to determine which level that could become the best entry point dude. it's not only about how you can choose the gap but it's about how you can choose the best rate to enter with the possibility to create multiple profits instantly.

There are lots of people who are not sure about what bitcoin will be doing, I am pretty sure that altcoins will be doing exactly what bitcoin will do and repeat that. In fiat of course, if bitcoin 2x in fiat that means eth will 2x in fiat as well, bnb too, dot too, ada too, and many others like it. There are few changes of course, they do not match 100% together but it will be like that for sure, and that is what I am hoping for. Of course it is not going to be easy for everyone to accept and come to terms with this, but unless you pick a very bad coin, you are not going to end up doing that bad.

Almost all the decent coins will make the same amount of money for you, it will have slight differences but it will be around the same for sure. Not saying that you should not buy alts, or you should not buy btc, but whatever you pick, just pick the right now and you will do great.

Since you are just beginning with your investment, I think it would be best if you would first learn about the price movement of the coins you are planning to invest in. Through that you may know when is the right timing to enter an investment on such coins. For bitcoin, I don't think it is a good time since its value just regained its high value of $60k+ and I think Ethereum just increased too. Maybe you can wait for a dip or for a correction and bite that opportunity right away if you truly believe that the value of those will keep on going higher right after the correction.

Invest only what you can afford to lose. There is nothing like a good or bad time to invest in crypto. Invest only in top coins from the coinmarketcap list. They are comparatively safer than other altcoins, even if their price falls it will get back up sooner or later so you need the patience to hold your investment strong and don't sell when you see a sudden dump. Hi everyone!

I'm new in the Crypto World, but I am absolutely obsessed with it.

I want to start investing in BTC/ETH, maybe also some others like THETA, Audius and more.

I am following different youtubers, twitter accounts, discord channels, to learn as much I can about crypto as I can.

BUT, is not the correct time to invest? As long as I understand, we are in a bull-run right now, and many do believe that BTC and also ETH will grow. Some belive BTC will hit 100K and some also think ETH will be up to 10% of BTC total value by end of the year.
- And addition to this, we might see a drop and go in a bear-market, but this seems not to be the case.

I'm also looking into start long trading on buybit, I want to start small and get the hang of it and learn the system and how it works.

SO, back to the actual question: is NOW a good or bad time to begin investing? Or should I wait for a heavy drop in the market, which might not come?
- I am looking for a LONG term investment.

For me it is still good time to invest despite of the market flunctuation over the past weeks. It is still good but we shoulf be aware about the risk esprcially on those top coins. Yes they have great market price but right now they are not stable, they are changing on a daily basis.

if I personally prefer to invest 50% of the money that I want to invest and not immediately invest all my money, because I think the price can still go down, so I can buy it at a cheaper price if the price go down and if the price doesn't go down, but the price has actually increased very high, then of course I still get profit, because I already invested 50% of my money.

That's a dangerous word and statement. Yes, crypto made a lot of people rich but it didn't just come a day. People who assume that crypto is a rich quick scheme and a way for an overnight process.

This is a good time to start investing in crypto when the prices are still cheap so you can buy more coins as many as you want. But remember, choose only the coins with best potentials so you won't waste your capital spending in those coins that turned into shitcoins in the end.

But still do your due diligence first. DYOR as much as you can. You cannot just invest without knowing the coins well either they are just good for short term investments or they can survive with long term. Investing in crypto is definitely risky but if you know how to manage your investment, taking the risk is not a big deal.

Yes, this is the right time to buy and invest until the end of this year which is expected to increase again. the price is still friendly to buy, but actually if you want to invest in bitcoin there is no best time, because anytime is a good thing. because bitcoin is a coin that will always increase at any time even though there is a correction but it is certain that it will increase again from the last ATH.

Thats true we really cant say if the current price is the bottom but during this time wherein majority of coins are declining its a good chance to take advantage it. Thus as long as the coins are experiencing a correction its certainly a time to fill our bags. We cant predict what lies ahead so who knows in the coming days the market will bounce back. Always DYOR before buying then wait for a bullrun before selling, it takes guts and patience because investing has risk.

Yes in this current market condition, trading is having a highest risk because the price is so volatile and could go up and down till 10% in just a day. People are moving from alts to alts and if we are not fast enough to swith our trade we would lost. So i think buying for long term investing is really good for now but trading is too risky

Price had already breakout the support level, I think it's confirmed we are in the long winter market. If there is a time to invest, it's when the price is going to hit the bottom hard which could be the $25K, hard time has come. I never thought it will really happen but here we are.

People had converted their funds to  USDT but the trouble is that FED is about to regulate stablecoins as well. It does look like we are cornered. Maybe a month or two if it bounces up, I will also convert my altcoins to DAI and wait again to the bottom.
