I don't have a budget for gambling because every penny I have means a lot and I don't intend to lose a specific amount but yes I have some limits like I won't be depositing more than $50 and that amount ($50) depends on other factors like how much I have earned and saved this month.

Yeah, I do, since that's the easiest way of controlling the urge to gamble more and more and minimize the addiction that will eventually come with it.

Thats how most of the gamblers lost their money they didn't realize that their money is draining little by little for trying out each game so maybe if we have less money better not to do it and stay only on some games where we plan to play, this is little discipline for ourselves to not get addicted playing these risky games.

I'd say that if you actively *schedule* time for gambling, then you're actually a problem gambler.

Healthy gaming should be spontaneous and fun. Obviously you need limits, but there shouldn't be any budget that is set on the regular either. Don't make it a chore, and certainly don't take it so seriously that you're convincing yourself to spend time away from family/work and take on debts. At the end of the day, you're at a disadvantage in the long run.

I have those experience in dice games in a 5-8 streak, which confused me about how it could happen to me. I don't view gambling as a way to earn money, I highly doubt that there are people making money from this. I believe that an average of 95% of us will end up losing money, while only the 5% at most will end up making a decent profit. Gambling is made in a way that we are doomed to lose, not because the games are rigged whatsoever, but because we are humans and will end up getting emotional or greedy.

Thus, I try to limit myself into putting only a little money on it, while not spend so much time that it consumes me. A few minutes ago I lost a bet, not much to be honest but was enough to make me stop for the day. Might try again tomorrow.

Well, I think for me the first question is too much --I don't have a weekly budget but perhaps I can sustain if you would say a monthly budget. Perhaps before I can do that thing but now, we are in crisis, and every one of us seeking financial freedom.
The second one is the most important to avoid not being involved, don't even have a debt just for gambling, you are not a true gambler in that way but instead, you are the most greedy person that I have met.

Well, they are taking into account the past records, and basing off the possibilities of what they could based on those. It isn't necessarily wrong, but I think it was a misplaced notion, especially in gambling where all chances are reset to zero when a new game starts. Still, with that, they aren't able to find anything to base their bets upon, and betting solely based on luck at times isn't really what they want, so they instead base it on past numbers that showed up. It is still a valid statistic, just that it's in no way proof that the same number would pop up. They probably just use it solely for increasing their confidence levels with regards to their bet.

Budget is very important as well as following your budget even though it is quite hard if there are unexpected expenses. So yes, we allocate budget in gambling but for me it is the least in my priority. If after I budget there is no budget left for gambling then it is fine. No gambling for this week.

Debt? I am not a fan of debt not only in gambling but in life. I am afraid that I may not pay for it so as much as possible I avoid of having debt. If I have no money but I want to play, then my only choice is not to play and wait for the time that I have money to be used in gambling.

Because the border between entertainment and addiction in gambling is really thin so time is a useful deterrent for preventing reaching the addiction part. The quote above is a different one since he/she doesn't use real money compared to other people.
